The bed was pretty comfy and the room was very clean. The value for money was ok. The Wifi was pretty fast, although we didn't have a place to sit with our laptop and needed to use the bed. The staff was friendly and helped us organizing our trip to Huaca de la Luna by public transport by giving us some information.

Unfortunately many features described on Booking.com for our Deluxe Room were missing (Kitchenette, Fridge, Fan, Microwave, Kettle, Terrace...). This was a bit confusing. Also it's pretty noisy. To get in or out the building you have to use a bell - and it's a really loud and annoying sound. The staff or another guest was watching TV pretty late and someone rang the bell a couple of times in the middle of the night. This disturbed our sleep a lot. Also the walls are pretty thin - but that seems to be common in Peru as we experience it all the time while traveling here.

Manuel and his son Manuel Jr are great hosts. The room itself is comfortable and nice. The location is good, especially if you arrive from another city by bus, it's a walking distance from most of the bus terminals in the area of Avenida America. The Real Plaza mall is also a walking distance, if you need to shop.
