The unit was so nice and clean. Host was very responsive. Highly recommended!

Far.walk from the beach although not a major issue with me

The place was Dirty and there was no hot water air conditioning was very poor I request a apartment for three adults with two beds and got an apartment with a very small double bed and a bit off a plastic Matt I had to go out and buy a blowup bed for my father-in-law to sleep on the .all the windows look out on building sites and unfinished buildings .the bathroom was very dirty and Smelled of damp and old wet clothes .the fridge was absolutely filthy and rattled my wife gave it a good clean so we could use it. The TV had three channels with news and nothing else all in all the place was not very good at all the staff we're nice. Only one left was working . if you want out side the place like a bomb site

Not a lot about apartment but cebu fantastic as always just the apartment let us down we have been going to cebu from over 20 years and I have never seen such a poor quality and dirty accommodation in all that time

Invasion of cockies in bathroom and kitchen under sink.

The location.

The room has lots of small cockroaches. Our bookings of 3 nights 4 days but the wifi only worked on the first day. I asked for airport transfer and were quoted 500 per way 1 week prior of arrival, however, on arrival day they said it’s 500 pesos per person with 5 people, therefore it would cost 2,500 pesos. We hired Grab instead and only cost no more than 400 pesos. The beddings has bed smells and has bed bugs that gave me itchy body.

I like the room, it's clean and everything is organized.

The availability of taxi is very seldom.

I love everything. From the moment the owner greeted us to the free pass to the beach to the free access of the pool and all the way when it was our time to check out. the place is awesome. It doesn't have any seaview though, but we love the city lights when we were at the balcony. It's a studio type but there was a glass divider and it was awesome. The bathroom has a heater and a bathtub. The kitchen was exemplary as well since they also have a washing machine/dryer. Highly recommended.

I like the very homey ambiance of the place. Owner is very accommodating and friendly,made sure we have a smooth check in. It's pretty quiet and peaceful. The infinity pool is perfect. Though we have to walk few kilometers to the beach under a scorching heat..hahaha.. it was still a great and enjoyable weekend. Thank you for the beautiful place we stayed in 😘

A little distance from the beach

It was a very comfortable place. Spacious, had a kitchen and washer dryer, aircon. Good location too, we were happy not to stay in the hustle and bustle of cebu, but there were a lot of things closeby.
