The hospitality of the hotel was perfect. From reception staff to the manager of the restaurant, everyone was gentle and friendly. Mr Nicos, the hotel manager is an excellent person who ensured that we had a unique stay. Our room 134 was the best.

Many thanks for the hospitality and for the room upgrade and special thanks to Mr Trifonas. Also the bed in the room was super. Excellent location with clean rooms and common areas. Pool was also really nice. We also tried the spa services at the hotel (recommended).

Perfect location!! The breakfast was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The most important was that the room was very clean and comfortable. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time.

Blue Ivy totally exceeded our expectations by going above and beyond to ensure that we were looked after and made us feel so special and welcome. Upon arrival during the early hours of the morning, they kindly provided us with hot drinks and snacks and a comfy blanket as our check in was not until 2pm that day (because of the flight cancellation by BA). They gave us complimentary breakfast and arranged the room by 10am, for which we were so grateful. Thank you Nicos. The staff at Blue Ivy always had a smile on their face and were very attentive of all our needs. We chose to go for bed and breakfast and the buffet had a good variety and was delicious. There was always live music playing during lunch and dinner time. Nicos could not do enough throughout our holiday to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and we were having the best time. He even sent a surprise birthday cake for my niece and a bottle of prosecco when we returned from the pool which added a special touch, and definitely made this stay a memorable one. This was topped up with the complimentary dinner at the hotel with drinks. In terms of transport, there is a bus stop 2 minutes from Blue Ivy that will take you to Aiya Napa, which is only a 15 minute journey. The hotel were also kind enough to arrange a taxi, which we found particularly useful when travelling to and from the airport as well as on our return from Aiya Napa. They have Spa where you can enjoy a variety of treatments. We had the full body massage for an hour with a mini facial. With the discount only came to 65 euros which was definitely worth it. Blue Ivy is ideally placed with 5 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach and restaurants. The only disappointment I had was that, we only had 3 nights there, so we will definitely be returning to stay in Blue Ivy and make up for it. See you soon Blue Ivy. 😃

Everything was great

Everything was exceptional. The staff were very friendly, gave us a free room upgrade (it was room 304). Food was also great, especially desserts at dinner - best we’ve ever tried in Cyprus. Very good value for money. Many thanks to Mr. Tryfonas for his hospitality
