Nếu ghé Đà Nẵng không biết chọn nơi nào để ở giữa hàng trăm ngàn khách sạn, thì đây là nơi mình nghĩ mọi người nên chọn làm nơi lưu trú đấy ạ.
Khách sạn có các anh chị Nhân viên nhiệt tình, dễ thương lắm. Nhất là hai bạn Tường Vy, Lệ Mi, những anh chị khác mình không nhớ rõ tên, mọi người lúc nào cũng tươi cười cả 😁.
Anh chị Hỗ trợ nhóm mình rất nhiệt tình, các bạn nữ nhóm mình khen anh Bảo uy tín khi tư vấn nhiều quán cà phê đẹp, quán ăn địa phương rất ngon, nhiệt tình khiêng giúp hành lý nữa. Mọi người không biết ăn gì đi đâu có thể hỏi các bạn ở đây ạ.
Phòng gọn gàng, sạch sẽ và được dọn thường xuyên. Các chị HK rất lịch sự. Khi nhóm mình vào thang máy, rất tinh tế khi che cửa và đi ra khỏi thang máy nhường lại cho tụi mình.
Khách sạn có bao gồm bữa sáng khá dễ ăn và nhiều món thay đổi hằng ngày, quầy cà phê bổ sung thêm đường cho người ăn kiêng thì 100đ ấy ạ. Chị nhân viên nhà hàng cũng lịch sự và điềm đạm lắm.
Có dịp ghé Đà Nẵng nhất định tụi mình sẽ chọn nơi này lần nữa. Cảm ơn anh chị vì đã giúp tụi mình có chuyến du lịch trọn vẹn.

The location is pretty close to the airport. We also booked a room with a river view. It was amazing! They also helped us arrange a rental car service for our trip to Hoi An.
Needs more improvement with regards to the cleanliness of the room. There’s a lingering dusty smell.

眺望の良い部屋をリクエストしたら、凄く眺めの良い部屋を用意して頂けました。ドラゴン橋の夜景は綺麗でした。また､アクティビティは、ホテル受付のTHIEN THI さんに毎日アドバイス頂き､ホイアン古都巡り、竹籠ボート､バーナーヒルズ、フエ王宮巡り等々色々楽しむ事ができました。笑顔が素敵なTHIEN THIさんに感謝です。お世話になりました。
ホテルの場所は､市街地から少し離れており
歩いて食事に行くには少し遠く、タクシー（Grob )で移動しました｡ホテルの立地は少し不便に感じました。

Sehr nett. Das Frühstücksbuffet wurde extra für uns 45min früher aufgebaut, damit wir vor unserem Flug in Ruhe frühstücken konnten. Gute Restaurants im Mercure Hotel zu Fuß in unter 10min erreichbar.
Das Bett hat Rollen. An der Decke in der Dusche war es etwas schimmelig, die Klimaanlage riecht etwas und klappert manchmal aber am meisten hat uns die sehr laute Lüftung gestört. (Zimmer 702 für 19€/Nacht inkl. Frühstück)

The beds were very hard, the shower gel and shampoo was very scarce. Sometimes none at all.

Quite far away from the beach and other areas of interest, you will need to get a taxi to most places.

One of the best hotel I come across, based on the price . Breakfast was good with more food than your stomach can put in. Bread, fried rice, sausages, fried eggs, noodles, etc. Room was clean and tidy. They even provide hand and face towels. Comfortable and very nice stay, even my friends like it.
Nothing too negative that stand out. Probably the location is slightly away from the commercial area but then it's less noisy. during the night.

Our room wasn't ready upon check in, I've stayed in plenty of hotels and this is the first hotel where they wanted to keep your passport instead of just requiring a photocopy when checking in. The breakfast was not good and there wasn't a restaurant for other food. The rooftop was also closed. The location was out of the way for restaurants and activities in our opinion.

My mom left her walking stick in the room. To our relief, she was able to retrieve it from the staff 30 mins after checking out.
Be careful of the bathtub, when bathing it gets slippery in there so be extra careful.
Buffet breakfast was OK - just enough to start the day, however due to shortage of staff, our tables weren't cleared on time - had to move the dishes left by the previous customers away to other tables since the staff didn't have time to clear the tables before we were able to place our own breakfast dishes. Buffet tables for serving breakfast can be crowded and messy with people and lots of confusions.
Check in procedures can be lengthy depending on how quick the service desk is to respond to us. For those travellers who don't speak vietnamese, it proves even harder, however Google translate and pictures can convey the messages easily.

The hotel is well located, only 10 minutes by Grab to the Dragon Bridge. The staff was friendly and helped me when I needed. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The interior is a bit tedious. The sink is missing a pipe, hence whenever you use the sink drained water flush down to the floor and get to your feet.
