I hated that it had no wifi and after 11 u cant get nothing to eat , plus their was a chief he his the biggest tallest brown spanish chief their he speaks a little english he wore white shirt he was very disrespectful to me

The entertainment guy at the pool area. Vanessa the cleck at the reception. And thats about it.

The food was HORRIBLE. In my years living in DR and visiting resorts, I had never seen such thing. The food gets a 0. From variety to quality. The staff at the Roca Restaurant were unhappy and looked tired. The snack bar had terrible food and service. The steak house wasnt good at all. The waiter had an attitude and seemed to be in a ruch. The shower head was'nt propery installed. The AC was'nt working properly. The outlets are from Europe. Had to buy an adapter that didnt even work. Housekeeping forgot to place towela for two. The drinks were aweful. I can't reccomend this place and I would never return. Bad for tourism in all aspects. Thier pig feets should be eliminated from their buffet and also the salami guisado. The pasta too. The only thing that was ok was the egg station. Pizza was nasty. The fries were ok. I have never seened pink hotdogs ready to be served. There I was just waiting for this survey to arrive to me. My advice is to ahut the place down. Go to La Romana or Punta Cana.

The hotel was excellent. The customer service amazing. Everything was like 5 stars. The food delicious and the Show every night like Broadway.

I loved how the staff kept your room clean daily and the exchange of towels was a must. Loved the beach and some of the staff was friendly. Loved how they had a pizza and ice cream bar and endless drinks.

The first day i got to the room, the tub was dirty it had yellow stains on it. The food was not all that great...Ive been to different resorts the "natural" juices werent natural its the first time i experience ok food. The fact that you are trying to enjoy your vacation and they allow senator staff to take some of your time to pressure you into buying a suite was not cool plus the manager had an attitude once i said no. The internet pretty much sucked you had to leave your room to get wifi signal.

We love the beach, the pool, the entertainment. We love the drinks. We love the burgers joint.

The bed and pillow. The food wasn't that good. Both days we end up eating rice and beans because meat was too hard to eat ot chicken to burn up. Fish mexican stile was horrible.

The staff, good location where you can get to the center of Puerto Plata, and teleférico easier on less than 20mins.

Need an update on the power outlet, also the soap in the bathroom, and microwave in the rooms

It was not what I visualized on pictures and it seem cheap.

The food, the rooms, the drinks, almost everything was not what I expected. The room had no air conditioner and I did not get the room I asked for. I had to rent and outlet connector because I couldnt use my charger due to their old school outlets. The drinks were all the same out of a frozen drinks machine. No real drinks mixing. The food was horrible and at one point I saw a roach. I was very unhappy and I only stood because I had already wasted my money. I will never visit again. The reserved restaurant was at the same place I had ate from late at night. The food and wine was terrible.

Room service. How the hell are you gonna leave us without towels. The woman came in the room picked all the towels and came back after 4pm. I called room serv and she said that the towels are taking to wash and them after 3 they bring them back.. YOU MUST BE FREKKING KIDDING ME.. All hotel that i have been to have a card to entrer the room. Here they give you a key chain as big as a shoe that weights a ton to carry all day with you. AS FOR THE FOOD . IT WAS DELICIOUS AND GOOD SERVICE TOO.

The employees are great. Nice facilities. The night show was awesome.

The rooms have no wifi. Contacting the front desk from the rooms was impossible. The brand used for drinks is really bad, so all the drink were bad, except for the margarita's, those were good.

got food poisoning from the buffet. the chicken was. it cooked properly and spent half of the week in my room sick.

Pool & Beach was beautiful

Smelly bars, food was not good, cleaning staff left my room door wide open after “cleaning” came back to a dirty room and no towels.
