We felt safe, at home, taken care of and well received by the owner, his assistant and the security during our stay! The grounds were lovely, communication with the owner (Andreas) and his assistant (Yarida) was AMAZING! I felt as if I was part of their own family too! They were extremely friendly, most service-oriented and the workers are very polite and well mannered (gracias Sr. Domingo por su asistencia). What a beautiful place! Thank you! I will definitely go back soon!

Upon our arrival at the premises (nothing to do with the apartment or procedures itself but rather the administrator/neighbor who manages the complex), we encountered an extremely unpleasant service from the administrator of the building (again, nothing to do with the apartment, Andreas or Yarida, but it was the administrator of the complex). My fiancé and I were heading out to go to the supermarket, and in a very bad manner this French guy (or wherever he’s from) called us from across several buildings in a very demanding, rude and uncouth manner (as if we were his kids or even worse, his dogs). He called to us screaming and shouting, saying that we needed to go to were he was standing to “talk right now!”. And here we were, thinking we have done something wrong. He asked us who we were and how many people were REALLY staying with us, insinuating that there were more people other than just 2 staying at the apartment. Although he knew nothing about us (that me and my fiancé were a couple and the only ones staying there), he assumed as if we were going to cause havoc on the place, which is why he demanded a picture of our IDs, and all behind the “it’s for everyone’s safety”. There are OTHER ways to approach guests and ask the information you are inquiring in a more professional manner. In other words and in conclusion, he (the French-administrator-guy) was very disrespectful by the way he treated us. I asked him if he was the owner (I knew he wasn’t the owner) or the “general manager” of the complex, to what I received no response from him, even though I asked 3 times in Spanish, English and French to try and “calm him down”, with no luck. During our 4-days stay, we encountered him multiple times and not once he approached us to give us the response I asked. Folie des grandeurs perhaps? Anyway, other than what was stated above, the place, the communication with the real owner, his assistant, Domingo (the security guy) and the property itself was great.
