Spacious room, courteous and helpful staff at the front desk

Overall ambience of the property...in the attempt to retain it's 'rustic' look and charm, the property starts giving the feel of a 'boring' old property ...thus, it needs to be made more lively, with certain changes also required to be made in the rooms to make them more modern and relevant

The hotel is nice, simple and clean. The room was very big with a nice sitting area and spacious to manœuvrer suitcases. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel in general clean. If available they have a free taxi service to the airport otherwise they help you book a paid one.

There's too much light coming in from the front window where they have lovely lighting decorations so I suggest installing a dark blind.

Lovely room and one very helpful staff member - when there were some problems with the room when we first arrived they moved us straight away with no issues. Great WiFi, comfy bed and restaurant on site with decent food.

Quite far from the centre, breakfast was ok but probably better to get something cheap locally

My trip was extended for few days and needed hotel urgently. That one was available - not perfect location but at a fair price.

Wi-fi dropped few times but that was a case for an entire city.

It was under repair while we were there so not as aesthetically pleasing as I had hoped

I chose the hotel as I had a day of recovery from hiking and wanted an outdoor pool. I was surprised by the size of my room - huge with a sofa, big double bed, and had slippers and robes for use. The bathroom was modern and the shower lovely and hot! Staff were very helpful accommodating - I requested a late check out which was given and also assisted with ordering taxi for the airprot. Breakfast was adequate, with choices of eggs, hot porridge, fruits, breads. The pool was perfect but only opens at 11:00am which is a little late. But towels were provided free for use by the hotel.

The pool could open earlier than 11:00 especially for hotel guests. Breakfast could have a little more choice.

Small sized bed and blanket and the pool was a bit crowded as non-guests were able to use it as well

Outdoor pool was great which is public, mini cake and bakery were free in the lobby. Airport pick up is 1$ and drop off was free. Buffet breakfast was fine. Outdoor restaurant or cafe was great, 10% discount, lot of people come to eat and drink and listen to music, it was fun.

Window was facing to the road and it was so noisy. Didn’t sleep well. There were people fight and yelling in oppositie room, heard a police came and banging on the door. Pillow was uncomfortable. Hotel was far away from the city center and everything.
