The bathrooms smelled like sewage & the location wasnt ideal for exploring cebu. other than that, it was lovely.

The food was really delicious.

Disclaimer, I seldom post reviews but I feel the need to share our experience for others’ reference. They do not have dedicated front desk person, we always had to wait for someone to accommodate our urgent needs. We were thinking maybe because we were the only customers they had last night that’s why they had taken our visit lightly but if they’re aiming for superb customer service as usual in a business perspective, they failed. Also, in this app it shows the standard room has tv and free breakfast. During our stay, our room had no tv so we had to upgrade to deluxe and we paid for the breakfast. They offered a free room upgrade but my fiancee and I paid for it just to avoid further discussion because the manager claimed that he did not know about the inclusion posted here and we were tired after the long travel. The cignal cable and wifi connection are worst. We had to replay or restart the movie multiple times because we had intermittent connection. The staff cleaned the pool very late in the morning, they obviously had no sense of urgency because we had to check on them around 7am earlier to know the time of serving for our breakfast and because we thought prior that our breakfast was free so we were anticipating they could’ve checked on us. And as mentioned, there wasn’t a front desk person who assisted us right away so life here is a waiting game. Overall, 4/10.

Staff commitment to make sure that even after limited resources (manning and food), how to make guest feel comfortable and what extra mile they could go to improve guest experience. Not all the items listed on food menu was available. However, what all is available was well prepared and was excellent. great work by chef. location is quite far away from city center, but I loved it as it was peaceful and calm.

1. Please put television in each room and have cable connection for each television. I was initially checked into the room which does not have television. Upon complaining we were offered room with television which runs only on youtube. 2. Please ensure that their is sufficient staffing to cater to different areas like kitchen, front office, housekeeping, Spa (this should be closed). During my stay, front office staff was assisting chef in preparing and serving breakfast (most of the breakfast menu items were not available). Chef is assisting in check in. To my surprise, Chef is the one giving massage??? 3. Lastly, please improve wifi speed and coverage and offer it to guest as free amenity.

Location,can't get a taxi.its a good place but a bit overpriced for the location.
