Location is perfect. Right bang in the centre. Close to eateries and the beach. All walking distance. The room was so quiet with being in a busy city I was surprised. It was just perfect. You can’t go wrong with MyFlats I matter which one you stay in.

The location .
First sight coming through the property was a dirty kitchen splash back ! Complained to the staff where she tried to explain that they were meant to paint it over but … bla bla bla ( it shouldn’t be my business what they meant to do ) . The sofa bed was stained and run down . Terrible pillows , went back home with a nice neck pain . The staff at reception don’t even acknowledge their costumers when going in/ out , they don’t even return your good morning/ afternoon ! The cherry on top was the last day when needing to exit the property from the 6th floor (5 luggage) the lift wasn’t working !! There was only one young lady at the reception who didn’t really know when the lift would be fixed , so had to go 6 floors down the stairs with three kids and 5 luggage . As a business owner you should have a backup plan for this kind of incident and staff should be properly trained to handle this sort of problems. I Wouldn’t recommend this place and obviously never again for us .

Hadde vært fint å få flere tabletter til både oppvaskmaskin og vaskemaskin, hvertfall flere enn én. Hadde også vært et pluss om bassenget var litt mer oppvarmet på denne tiden av året (februar)

The location is perfect. The pool is nice even though it was not in the same building. The terrace was nice though without any view.
We had to mop the floor on arrival as there was some sand and overall the floors were not very clean. No big deal though - we usually mop the floors when moving in with the kid anyway. There are no windows to get some fresh air in in one of the bedrooms - just an under-the-ceiling window into the shared corridor. That’s quite a bummer

There was a problem with the booked apartment, and we were offered a luxury penthouse apartment in lieu. The penthouse apartment was very well fitted out, clean, and had a large terrace. It had lovely views over a small plaza, the Basilica and the MACA art gallery. I broke my foot whilst we were in Alicante, so the terrace was really useful to us, the weather being warm enough for us to sit out in the sun on the terrace. The staff at MyFlats were really lovely, they were very helpful and accessible, and they booked us a return taxi to the airport. We will return to Alicante, and to MyFlats, who we highly recommend.

Bett viel zu klein wenn man über 1,80 m groß ist, sowohl in der Länge als auch in der Breite eher ein Einzelbett.
Extreme Lautstärke am frühen Morgen. Kinder rannten schreiend umher. Hellhörig.
Eine Art Brandschutzfenster im Schlafbereich, das nicht zu schließen ist. Daher kein Wohlfühlambiente und kein richtiges Tageslicht.

De locatie en het appartement zelf. Het was midden januari wat de prijs ook nog eens relatief goedkoop maakte. De locatie zelf was midden in Alicante zelf, wat het makkelijk maakte om overal naartoe te gaan en te genieten van de drukte. De ramen waren goed geïsoleerd van het geluid en de warmte, waardoor een goede nachtrust gegarandeerd was.
Het ophalen van afval. Omdat we tot dinsdag verbleven, maakten we de afval ophaling van maandag mee. Dit was vanaf 8 uur 's ochtends en duurde best lang.

Muy buena ubicación. Cerca del transporte público ( bus y tram) y de restaurantes y centros de compras.
Y, por supuesto muy cerca de la playa y del puerto.
Me gustó la independencia que teniamos para salir o entrar cuando queríamos.

Loved the roof terrace and pool. The pool was lovely and warm.
The apartment was modern, clean and well equipped.
Couldn't sleep. The bedrooms are located right by the main staircase so we were kept awake by people returning all night.
Sleeping on the sofa bed is just as noisy as it's on the front with no sound proofing.
Our holiday was ruined by this. Didn't bother complaining as I could see that all the apartments would all be the same.
Not an appropriate place to stay for families .
