Goede en schone accomodatie met alle praktische voorzieningen. Ontbijt geeft veel keuze en smaakt goed! Bedden slapen heerlijk en een fijne warme douche.

We vroegen om de bustijden, maar die kon de receptie niet direct geven terwijl deze makkelijk op internet te vinden zijn. Misschien een tip om een lijstje met bustijden bij de receptie te plaatsen. Helaas waren er 2 apparaten stuk in de gym.

Pokoje czyste i to tyle od strony ulicy hałas. Śniadania smaczne w formie bufetu polecam. Basen jest ok. Blisko ADO. Dobre miejsce na wypady. Ale jak na standardy Cancun jest dobrze.

Wielki minus to pracownicy recepcji. Nie mają chęci do pracy. Notoryczny problem z kartami do pokoju. Gdy zwróciłem uwagę że zamawiałem inny pokój ,bardzo byli nie zadowoleni.

not hot water for shower in bathroom. Room temperature is set too low. we had to change A/C to heating mode.

The hotel is in the downtown, which makes it easy to take yourself anywhere you want to. Rooms are big and spacious, and there's a good variety of breakfast every morning.

There was absolutely no WiFi in the room we had. Fortunately, we got to change a room, but the WiFi there was also almost non-existent. You had to be in a certain spot to connect. Also, the rooms aren't soundproof, so you could hear the noise coming from the pool area as well as people walking through the corridor, especially at night.
