De kamer was heel comfortabel. Een bad en de douche apart. Bij het checken van de kamer merkten we dat het matras te hard was naar onze smaak. Topper gevraagd en gekregen. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en overdadig, het personeel meer dan behulpzaam. Geen vraag was re gek. Van harte aanbevolen.

Hôtel très bien situé,à 200 m de l’entrée de l’Alhambra,dans un environnement calme et sûr. Un chemin piéton mène en 10 minutes au centre historique. Hôtel confortable,personnel accueillant et professionnel.

Everything - The staff were very welcoming, they provided us with city map and guide to the best places to visit, they provide excellent information regarding Al hambra. - They provide parking if you come by car 1 day costs 25 euros - The rooms are spacious and very comfortable - I will highly recommend visiting it its very near Al hambra abd about 15 min walk to city center

Although the hotel is in front of the Alhambra, the location regarding the city is not the best, a bit far and very hard to climb back to the hotel.

Hard to say, because so much was exceptional with very much, nothing, a negative Frankly, the biggest surprise was just how special the location proved to be, and not just because of the convenience of stepping across the street to The Alhambra. Granada is a wonderfully complex city and having such a calm, comfortable foundation, such as this hotel, separate yet close, linked by a beautiful park-like path into the city center, from which you can explore neighborhoods and cultural touchpoints. And, yes, The Alhambra, illuminated across the street when you return in the evening, standing silently as it has for centuries, is just stunning.

Really, nothing Maybe, being that the walk into the city center is downhill, the walk back is uphill... something about what goes down must come up. There you have it...

I loved the location right next to the Alhambra!! It is a beautiful hotel with a nice restaurant and facilities.

I had to call the receptionist every time I came back to the room to turn on the air conditioning or change the temperature. The bathroom door is made of glass and offers very little privacy.

Outstanding front desk staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs for restaurant recommendations and address a faulty A/C in our assigned room. The front desk staff changed our room and sent complimentary chocolate LS to the room

A/C is centrally controlled and the rooms are too warm with insufficient airflow

the location was great, all services within walking distance. we arrived by car and the staff takes care of its parking. breakfast was varied and tasty. the price-quality ratio was perfect in every way. we will definitely come back again!
