Studio units could do with a microwave oven. (Only 5 have such an oven).

Nice room, friendly staff, good breakfast, would like to try the restaurant next time.

Bed too soft and sags towards the middle, no air con or ceiling fan so room became very stuffy overnight.

Its a really lovely place and staff were excellent. just needs a little R & M to fix up marked walls nets & curtains and shower grout and I would give it an excellent.

Everywhere you look there's either ruin and decay or signs up saying "no", "forbidden", "$$$ fine". One gets the impression the owners just want guests' money without the inconvenience of having to accommodate them. I was particularly disappointed at having onerous terms and conditions sprung on me when we arrived. Every other place I've ever booked through Booking.com has either listed their terms and conditions explicitly in their listing, emailed me about them well in advance of my arrival, or both. I assume this place doesn't do that because they're so over the top that people would just stay somewhere else instead -- I certainly would have!

It is spacious and clean but in need of renovation. Mattresses are dated and uncomfortable.

We had a nice, sunny room. It was clean and warm.

No a/c in the rooms, limited choices on the tv, bathroom smelt very damp no fan to remove damp air

Simple booking while traveling, easy to find, and friendly staff

Room cleanliness was not good - room felt like it needed a refurbish - disappointing because previous visit several years ago (a couple of years pre-covid) was much better. Also booked the spa but it was not up to temperature (only 19 DegC) and while we did wait it only raised 1 degree over 10min. As only booked for 30min plus was getting late, we left it. Pity as we were looking forward to soak after a 4hr drive

The room size is good for us.

When I checked in at the reception desk, I asked for late check out at 11:00am on next day. However day after, the cleaning team still try to get into my room before 11:00am.

Nice location. polite staff. has coin operated laundry and dryer.

fairly old and worn. mattress springs were worn, making bed sag in middle. shower taps were difficult to control the hot water. Dryer needed to be cleaned.

It's was ok...but rooms are quite small for a family of 3.

The Refrigerator was snoring !! Kept us up most of the night

On the day restaurant whas closed so no dinner or breakfast
