Equipment in the kitchen ie wooden spoons, washing machine that worked. Advertised apartment as new but stuff was well used and some damage so how can this be new?

The windows were designed such that there was no air flow. Very stuffy during the heatwave. A freestanding fan had been provided but it didn’t help in the bedrooms. Very few eating options within walking distance.

On the last day of our stay the heavy radiator has fallen off the wall together with a blind due to the poor and cheap fittings. Luckily my child or any of us didn't get hurt or badly injured...As soon as this happened I informed the owners and inquired if there's anything I could do with a horrendous incident, which resulted in rude and raised voice, suggesting it was our fault that the radiator had fallen in July's heatwave, not even asking if we were OK and not injured. And to top it off resulting in losing our deposit!!! Absolutely disgraceful maners and behaviour. AVOID THE PLACE AT ANY COST BEFORE GETTING SHOUTED AT OR INJURED!!!!

The sofa is not comfy at all it has space for a better one!

Excellent location for everything we wanted to do!

It would be useful for the parking bays to be numbered as someone was taking up our space on one of the evenings when we returned from a day out.

Kitchen & bathroom were immaculate & little things like dishwasher & laundry pods were left which is helpful. Really comfy bed. On the listing the apartment is advertised as’Brand New’ but some of the walls are a little grubby in places - wall behind the bin & on the wall below the TV looks like splashes & also bit grubby on wall by kitchen table. Think a good wipe down would sort this out but does detract from what is a lovely apartment in great location for both beach & Westbourne. Also looks like someone has put a hot pan on the dining table as the surface is heat damaged. Obviously this didn’t spoil our stay in any way but as the place says it’s brand new think this is worth mentioning.

Walls needed a good wipe down in some areas as I’ve mentioned already & surface of dining table is heat damaged.

Location was super, with easy access to west cliff. Although this is a new property, there were marks on the walls and carpets - iron burnt mark on one of the bedrooms and visible signs of wear. Decor was also tasteful and kitchen sufficiently equipped for a short holiday. Netflix and good telly on the lounge added a quality touch.

The booking process was not the easy booking transaction you would expect from Booking.com as the landlord requires you to sign a contract before you are allowed into the property and this happens online, something we were not too keen to complete, as there was sensitive data that you have to disclose to an unknow service without proper terms of reference governing such step. Wifi service is poor. Calling the office number found not to be attended and replies came in the form or emails more than an hour later.
