Everything! The Receptionists, the breakfast staff, the cleaners and have to mention Ross, the night porter, what a lovely gentleman! The hotel is just PERFECT and we will definitely be come back here and stay.

Maybe the bathrooms need a little bit of upgrading, but apart from that, perfect. I honestly cannot find any faults with the Zuni Hotel, as I say, just the bathrooms.

The location of the hotel was great and the staff were superbly friendly and helpful.

The room (301) was a little dark. It was, however comfortable. The TV remote was dodgy.

I sent my parents for their wedding anniversary , my dad recently had a knee operation so has a limp. The first night they were there they came back to the bar at 9.20 and the manager pulled my mother and told her they could not be served at the bar as my father was unstable on his feet which wasn’t to do with drink! but they were allowed to be served to their room, if this had happened away from other people looking it could have been fine but I can only imagine how mortifying that was as my mother had then rang me upset over the situation. They won’t be returning to this hotel again

Very central hotel, walking distance to city centre. Ample parking. Hotel staff were so helpful. Breakfast was delicious. very comfortable beds. Very modern room with tea/coffee facilities.

We went for a one night break after a very busy work period up to and during Xmas and by chance stumbled on Zuni. it was everything we could have hoped for, great decor, great staff, great location. We will definitely be back.

Friendly staff, lovely food, fantastic location.

Zuni has one of the city's best restaurants, so I selected an overnight stay. The room was spacious with a comfy bed and an excellent shower. I especially liked the option of three pillow types (memory, thin and thick) for everyone's needs. On top of that, the room was super warm, as the heating was on all night, and that was one of the coldest nights in Ireland. The staff was super kind and helpful and made you feel very welcome, while the breakfast was served a la carte in their restaurant, so that's another bonus. I had one of my fav options salmon benedict and a latte, which is another bonus, as most of the hotels serve only black coffee.

The hotel parking is hard to find. It's located on a short street coming from Ormonde st. beside Ormonde Hotel. I had to park on the road and ask personnel for instructions, which was inconvenient. I advise sending the parking instructions to anyone who books the parking place.

it was in a great position with free parking. The staff we all fantastic and the breakfast and food in the restaurant was great.

The room was hot and AC. The shower was great but overflowed onto the bath room floor. We thought it was a little pricey compared to the other places we stayed in Ireland.
