Stayed for one night as we had to catch an early flight. Great location for BNE airport. The soundproof rooms meant little to no traffic noise from the busy, surrounding roads. Checking in/out was easy and the staff very friendly.

Probably a little on the pricey side compared to other options in the area.

Cam and Helen provided excellent customer service from the moment I arrived to the last second seeing me off at the cruise terminal. My room was comfortable , bed and linens cozy and my big thing. shower water pressure , was fantastic. I arrived 8 hours before formal check in, when I asked to store my luggage I was met with a warm welcome and the best news that my room didn’t sell the night before so I was able to check in right away. I was so happy. I had coffee from the in room coffee station. bottled waters left in the fridge for me and some chocolate candy in a cute dish. I arrived on Good Friday and Helen was thoughtful to direct me to where I could go get a bite, this before I took off on my own.

I can’t come up with any negative aspect of my stay there.

the rooms were big and comfortable, pool was absolutely lovely, the service and mini bar was great it was clean and very comfortable, great amenities, great very convenient location.

What a terrific find this Motel is, for anyone wanting or needing to be near Brisbane Airport or just visiting Brisbane and needing a great place to stay!! Excellent buses - get a Go Card from a station first - nearby, in different directions, linking with trains and ferries, which all take the Go Card, as you tap in and out each time. Helen runs the hotel magnificently, always helpful and going the extra mile. Easy to access and vacate rooms out of hours, if you arrive or leave then. Room was a great size, with two showers in the one large shower cubicle (a first for us!) and everything very clean and comfortable. Free parking on site for one vehicle.

Nothing provided could have been better (that's pretty exceptional!). Plenty fine eating places down at the wharf next to the river (right out of the hotel entrance and then left at the lights and keep going), but breakfast and even a restaurant could be a good addition for anyone with mobility difficulties or other disability who cannot easily walk to the nearest restaurant.

We loved the location. There is a free mini bus to the cruise terminal. We loved the room. So modern, clean & beautifully furnished. The receiption staff were lovely and did everything to help us.

We couldnt find anything we didnt like.
