This place is wonderful to stay at while in Rochester for our larger group. Would definitely recommend this location and home.

This is our 3rd year we've stayed at this property. We rent it while in town for our Nationals dance competition for our staff to be together for the weekend. It is always clean and ready to go! We love it!

From the photos, based on the simple decor and sparse furnishings, frankly our expectations were low. We were surprised to find a very well stocked kitchen, and all those little household items you just might need. The house was clean, pleasant and comfortable.

The house and property was VERY clean and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Location was close to all the places we needed to go to. We will definitely stay again when we are back in Rochester.

This was a great place to stay - very clean, very comfortable and plenty of space. The round dining table was great for card playing and the family room fireplace was so cozy in the evenings. Great location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to a major highway for day trips. We had a very enjoyable stay at this property.

We were here seeking treatment for our son-in-law. This home was just perfect for us! Very roomy, clean and located in a beautiful neighborhood. Everything we needed was very close by. Sarah, the property manager, worked with us when we needed to extend our stay. Very much appreciated! The home office was perfect for my husband, who needed to be able to work. I would highly recommend this home, whatever reason you’re in Rochester!

We couldn't have found a more perfect house. I didn't have many dealing with the property manager. But I booked the house on VERY short notice (literally the day before). And she was very responsive and our visit went off without any problems. Thank you.

Sarah has a wonderful place for a family! Great separate upstairs and downstairs living spaces. VERY CLEAN! Loaded with towels and blankets. Kitchen supplies were plentiful as well. Lots of parks around and a great neighborhood to wall around. Look forward to staying there again.

This is THE place to stay in Rochester, especially when traveling for a tournament! Minutes away from all of the major sports complexes, it won't matter which sport you're traveling for because this location is the perfect headquarters! Even when you're not traveling for sports, this location is close to all that Rochester has to offer! Roomy, extremely clean, and well planned, this house has everything you could want. Sarah has thought of it all! She was wonderful to work with; quick and friendly responses, thorough information, and helpful throughout the entire process. We travel frequently and will definitely be contacting Sarah again when Rochester is where we're headed!

This house worked perfect for our whole family to stay in for my daughters wedding weekend. It was so nice and very clean and spacious. There was a slight issue with the AC but the property manager responded very quickly and got it taken care of. Would highly recommend this property.
