The location is great, near town center and the room had an amazing view of the mountains. The breakfast was great: gallo pinto with toast, pancakes and fruit.
The walls are extremely thin and you can literally hear the people in the room next door talking. You can hear every single sound through the walls. The toilet didn't flush, we told reception but they did nothing about it.

Super value for the price! Breakfast was included and was outstanding in the beautiful dining room! Nicer than most restaurants, and the food was fresh and hot. The room we stayed in was large and very clean. The location is on the edge of town and is at the bottom of the road to the rain forest attractions, and there is a wonderful Italian restaurant right there called Bistro Bon Appetit that has a great menu.
A small fridge in the room would be welcome by most travelers i'm sure. To get there you need an SUV because you could ruin a small car on that road!

It was a typical breakfast. Good way to start and go for a hike to a reserve or another activity of your choice.

The hotel is a good starting point for the excursions to the nearby Nature Reserves. The rooms have all the facilities you need, though they are a bit dark. Breakfast was reasonable.

Typical Costa Rican breakfast. Excellent service when we needed to depart before breakfast was supposed to be served, they made it earlier for us!

the location was 10 minutes walk to the city center with ups and downs, so it is not a convenient walk.
the window was facing the reception so there is no privacy when using natural light.

very friendly hotel nicely located in town but still a quiet and green space to relax. Excellent breakfast-rooms spacious and comfortable for 1-2 nights. Jose did some laundry for us overnight which was appreciated.
