Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great week in Avalon, NJ. The property was close enough that we could walk to the beach. It was an older property but that to me just made it more comfortable and relaxing. Everything worked and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our time there.

Reviewer Comments: My rental experience was the worst I ever had since I began renting in 1980. The house is a 1950 style cottage. we were just 2 adults hoping to stay for 4 days. In short, I'll note the following:
Keys were very difficult to use.
The House was dirty - kitchen floor not clean, dog hair everywhere, air condition units were not sealed allowing bees to enter the home, the kitchen utensils are not clean, glasses not clean, the back yard is over grown and has a fair amount of bees and the place has very little natural light. The most disturbing fact however is that the property management company didn't visit the property before we rented or before we arrived. How can you trust a property management company that doesn't even inspect the rental property?
