was near to our home and mid of city.

i was told to the hotel that my family is coming first and i will be coming in couple of hours and the payment will be done by me. despite as per the clues written that one day payment has to be done upon arrival they took full amount from my family.. which was not at all appreciable.

breakfast was decent & restaurant folks were nice.. reception folks were nice

i think my reaching at late night was the issue when house keeping guy was rude enough to refuse to give me knife to cut airline tierep...and 1st impression was like why the hell i selected this hotel however reception guy came to help & finally i cud open my bag. other than that, rooms r small as compared to what is shown in Picture, shower area door was not been able to stop water coming to basin area thus making wet...newspaper served on day 1 but not on 2nd & 3rd day

The people are amazing. It was my second visit & I felt like I came back home, so was the reception. My old friend Mr.Ganesh and his team are the nicest people in the world and truly professional staff who know how to make your stay smooth.

this was my first time in JP chennai. which was a very horrible experience while i entered the hotel. the room provider was so disgusting. the toilet where so filthy. We where changed 4 rooms in one day. after a long flight we felt exhausted. team where polite but the cleanliness was not even near expectations. i will not recommended anyone

Mangement. The Room we stayed had no functioning exhaust fan in the washroom, we stayed for three nights, even after several complaints the problem wasn’t solved.
