The staff are very polite, helpful with all questions, the flat is very clean and comfortable,they put fresh fruits and water for free,coffee and tea, clean towels, new flip flops etc.! I would definitely give this apartments more stars! Thank you Denise hotel♥️

No lift lot of stairs especially if not on lower floors

The room was comfortable and pretty clean. The staff very friendly and at the arrival they offered us a very nice plate with fruit

It was not equipped correctly (forgs, coffee mugs ...etc).

they charged us 20 euro for breakfast and this in my opinion was pretty expensive compere to other restaurants.

No lift which with a suitcase it difficult on the 4th Floor

The suite I stayed in was particularly clean, with up to date furniture. When first booking I contacted to ask for a room a little away from others (incase I was too noisy when working), they responded quickly and noted what I had asked for, making sure I was placed at the very end of the building. When I arrived the staff were helpful and attentive, they arranged a cab to the airport for me for the following day. There was a nice feel to this property, it was welcoming and professionally ran

Excellent location and good staff but will love if they had their own hotel food

The property was extremely clean and new. Location is very convenient, just 5 min drive from the airport. We had very late arrival after 9 pm and the receptionist met us with a warm smile, also at very early checkout we had no problem (6 am). Hotel staff is very polite and hospitable. Unfortunately we missed the breakfast but were complemented with a fruit plate upon our arrival.

Very kind and helpfully the responsible person Mr Omar, always smiling and ready to make you feel like home! Clean room and very comfy. Exactly as in the photos.
