Very good communication with the host. Ross and Miraya were super quick and communicative. The apartment is very clean and comfortable as well as spacious and cozy for a family. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is no moisture. Also very accessible to transport. Everything was up to expectations and in line with the price.

Good facilities eg kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. Lovely view from balcony. Very central to metro station, supermarkets etc. Staff were very helpful with maps, suggestions for dining, activities etc. Very spacious, with loads of room for 6 people.

Beds were slightly uncomfortable but were bearable.

Location was right in the centre of the city. The host was very polite and welcoming. We had AC and the host brought a brand new mirror so we can check ourselves before going out. Also, we have been given tips and a map and a clear explanation of what buses to take where is the nearest beach.

Excellent location close to a Metro station & beautiful restaurants.

It had a bus and metro station very close by and some places to eat close by the owner was kind. The balcony was nice to have.

The steps there were many i think how many might have been something that needed to be emphasized75 -100 not an exaggeration saying its on the 4th floor is not clear to a person in North America as we count floors and flights differently i have officially learned that their is a big difference. The only other con for us was that the pictures showed a back patio to eat outside we did not have that outside back patio to eat outside which was the main reason i stuck to this place. I do believe i was given a different place then i was suppose to recieve because i did not have a back patio the floor below us did. As for cleanliness it was ok personal preference maybe.location it was about 4 stops to the arc de triumph and some 15 min walking to the main street las ramblas . Overall it was not for us but maybe someone else the owners are nice and they have no elevator so consider what floor you are on. Ask and understand each floor in europe is like 25 steps its not my first time traveling we have traveled to every continent this is just the first time i had to learn this lesson. They have lots of places to eat all around and if you have children play grounds. As well as a mall close by called Gloris we learned about on our daily walks. If you need a market for basics they have places close enough.

The host gave us some very good directions on what and how to visit in Barcelona. We also had a good talk and learned some interesting facts. The apartment is right in the city center, near metro/train stop which makes it amazing to get around town. The apartment itself is big and would be perfect for 4 people. Fully equipped kitchen.

It is in the 4th floor so you need to climb quite a few steps. Water heater works but it is a bit annoying. Ground tiles were a bit sticky in some places.
