The property is extremely conveniently situated near the EA Mall and is also accessible to other parts of Chennai. The staff like the Managers, go out of their way to ensure you are comfortable.

Due to the recent floods n ongoing rain, the smell of damp pervaded the entire hotel, especially in the hotel room and bathroom which made the stay quite uncomfortable. This also led to a massive breeding of mosquitos. Housekeeping was initially a severe challenge until I complained to the front desk.

Staff behavior is ok and room was clean

AC was not working, made compliant many times... Finally room changed to other which was small room. Also there was no water in the morning before i make complaint restored water. Two bed put together, my daughter leg went inside the gap.

Comfortable and very well organised, with a nice dining room.
