Host : was reachable for a last minutes check-in and was accommodating to allow a late check-out at 11:00pm by paying only 100 or 150php for every extra hours past the check out time. So I could stay longer in the room to take my night flight. Location : about 7 min taxi from airport and a few min walk from most food center (9 min). Security : Gate Guard followed by a Guard at the lobby. Bed Comfort : 9.5/10 Best night of sleep i had so far from most places i sleep until now. Wifi : 9/10 Remote work like a charm, not 10/10 because even I don't know what a 10/10 would feel like but 9/10 is excellent!!! Room facilities : Bed, fridge, balcony with table, kitchen wares (basic could however), Microwave, Stove, a Big Water gallon bottle for plenty of water to drink, AC, and others.... Breakfast/food : N/A but you can order food or eat at nearby locations. check-in : easy check-in/out

Everything was great. Very comfortable setting and communication was excellent.

it was not so clean

Location was 5 min from Mactan Airport! The shower was nice and warm. Thankful for the fully functioning air conditioning. Wifi worked great.

The accommodations did not provide hand towels to wipe your hands after washing for the bathroom or kitchen.

Most everything with the room

They cleaned without asking and locked my belongings up with leaving a note or telling the front desk . That's inconsiderate or just stupid

Really bad booking as the staff/guard at front desk is not accommodating. Booking is confirmed but they made us wait for an hour before letting us in

Very close to the airport

I do not like the idea that I booked for my sister and nephew a night and when they check in, they were told nothing is booked. I paid the room and when I asked for a refund, they never refunded the amount.
