Location Cleanliness Staff attitude

The location was good.

The hotel was really dirty. The bed & curtains had stains. The bath was dirty (limescale). The window was broken which allowed too much air in, we had to contact reception twice regarding it and all they would do was send maintenance who did some DIY with super glue but did fix the overall issue or offer to move us to a different room.

Not value for money what we paid for 3 nights

Overall a really good hotel, The staff was very nice, The location is 10/10 only 5 mins walk and you are in Haram, rooms were very clean, check in process was very fast. It was a very comfortable stay, they extended our check out time till 2, thank you. Yes if I go back to Madinah insha'Allah I will stay here again.

WiFi wasn't great but I guess that's not a big deal.

The cards to open the door were bugging and it was difficult to open the door, the lights of the principal room wasn’t working even with the card insert Personnel needs to speak more in english to help tourists
