Location was fine, quite area, pleasant stay.

Sand in bottom of bed under throw (maybe someone had taken it to the beach ⛱️) & all over table 🤔

poorly equipped kitchen, TVs not connecting to Internet, only one small table, difficult to hang up wet beach towels, carpet in dining area, relatively dark living room during the day which can only be lit with very bright ceiling light at night

could of had a choice of pillows in the apartment (soft or firm) as didn’t sleep particular well.

we had a wonderful stay. clean and comfortable. fabulous location. a short walk to the beach and short drive to Westbourne which has lovely shops and restaurants. we can’t wait to visit again

Great accommodation, close to the beach. nice walk to Bournemouth

The property is in an excellent location and in very good condition, with clean and comfortable rooms. It’s facilities are modern and everything worked well, features that I liked about the property is that the bathroom had great water pressure so you can have a lovely shower after a day at the beach. There was also plugs next to the bed to charge your phone, and a large electric fan is provided in the rooms which was great as I visited in summer. We were greeted by the member of staff called Leticia on arrival who was helpful throughout our stay and answered any questions we had, she also left some cold complimentary drinks in the fridge for us which was a nice touch. Location wise the property is excellent as alum chine beach is a 5 minute walk down the chine which the property is next to. There are cafes, restaurants and public toilets all within a 10-15 minute walk along the beach. Bournemouth town and pier is also about a 15-20 min walk along the beach so there is access to everything. You could also walk up to sandbanks Poole if you wanted to from this location.

So clean we were delighted. Beautiful property within easy walk to the beach.

Only small issue was the fold up bed was uncomfortable but this is such a small thing considering this property far exceeded our expectations. It was so clean I was delighted, the decor was beautiful and the two bottleS of beer left in the fridge along side milk were a very welcomed touch. I absolutely recommend this beautiful accomodation.

We were self catering

Absolutely loved accommodation, extremely large and meticulously cleaned. Short walk to our nearby beach with friendly restaurant/bar overlooking sea. Many secluded beaches/chines nearby. Very quiet and peaceful area. Will definitely book again.

We are very fussy and have no bad comments at all.

Great location not far from the beach

Alum Chine is a lovely quiet part of Bournemouth and the guest house was 5 mins walk to the beach. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The shower was great and the guest towels are nice and big. The property has wi-fi and two smart tv's. We were also allowed to let the dog stay with a £20 excess.

As we were in the loft conversion the roof eaves on one side of the bed would be awkward if you were tall but luckily we are not. The stairs when you are arriving and leaving with luggage etc.

Bathroom, shower facilities, cooker, easy door locks

Great location, not far from beach or town. It was a clear apartment with a good range of equipment. Some free drinks and also milk were made available.

They could have provided a cloth for cleaning surfaces etc. There was only a tea towel made available. More light over the cooker would have been helpful. There was none.

Location for beach & town

The staff were great but the landlord gets pretty grumpy if you park the wrong thing in the wrong Place!

Small notes - the blind in the bedroom couldn’t be raised, not enough glasses, ran out of toilet paper - minor issues

The apartment is clean, comfortable and well equipped. 10 minutes walk to the beach.

The apartment was large enough for our needs, perfectly clean and very close to the beach. Communication was good and facilities were excellent.

Parking was a bit limited sometimes, but there is street parking close by.
