The staff were extremely helpful and professional, and all of the facilities at the hotel were perfect for my requirements.

room was unclean, A/C was not working, bed sheets were soiled and dirty, bathroom wasn't clean, bath towels were soiled and uncleaned.

Hospitality and kindness of the staff.

They gave a free upgrade, which was awesome. The rooms were clean, and the bed was so comfy.

I stayed for night and needed ironing they told me they would take the clothes at 8 am and return it in 10 minutes. The next day i called and they arrived at 8:30 telling me they will take the clothes but they start the laundry at 9 and it takes at least 3 hours, and i was in hurry i had a plane to catch. This was so horrible because they lied to me. One more thing, the shower was cold, and the pressure was so low.
