Lovely little room, Courtney was really friendly and helpful and the price was fantastic

Not really anything, location isn't perfect but price was good soni didn't mind

Very helpful all round, great location, very clean, safe parking, quiet yet easy access to the bustle of the Wilmslow Road restaurant mile. Would definitely stay again.

Staff were rude, hotel was shocking and they massively overcharged because of availability of hotel rooms in the city.

** This is very important please read this before you book ** First of all, this property will charge you a lot if you need to do a late check-in. So it‘s not flexible at all, please carefully check your plan before you book Secondly, they will ask for a 40£ for insurance which the bank will hold this amount in your card for 10 days. However, for me it‘s was held from 26 May - 13 June (16 days in total). Which is very uncommon for a hotel to do that. I only done this when I rent a car but they returned the credit amount in the same day I returned the car I didn‘t have to wait 16days. So, for me this is very weird and unnecessary and extremely inconvenient. Everything in the room seem to be very fragile and breakable. For example, the door knob felt off the first time I tried to close the door. And since they hold my money for 40£. I was very scared that they are gonna charge me for it. But luckily they seem to understand that it‘s not my fault and quickly fixed it for me (which I really appreciate that). However, during all the time of my stay, I felt really panic, I could not relax from the feeling of always afraid that I‘d accidentally break something. The chair in the room was very not strong, I felt like it‘s about to break when I sat on it ( I am a female size 10uk). So I ended up sat on the floor the entire time I stayed there. Moreover, the wall was very thin I heard someone next to my room snoring. And I could here the noise from the street all night I could barely sleep. So, I 100% not recommend.

Very clean and comfortable good value location

Only saw one lady very briefly only one toilet roll in bathroom no breakfast was told chef on holiday would of thought could of got cover while off .

Friendly staff, comfortable beds.

Very easy to find, quiet and free parking. Had a free upgrade to a very nice room with a good shower, toiletries and lovely towels. The staff were fantastic.

All the basics l required presented without any problems, breakfast excellant produced by a delightful lady.

Don’t really like shared bathroom facilities, though nothing could have changed this in this hotel. Those shared facilities were actually great though.

Clean and comfortable. Short overnight stay. Staff were friendly.

Unfortunately Breakfast wasn’t available due to the Chef being unwell, but otherwise had all facilities.

Very comfortable, with clean facilities and a welcoming host. Nice to have free parking as well and a view of the park from my window.

Only downside was that the walls were a little thin so I could hear the TV in the next room. But overall, it was a pretty quiet place to stay.
