Location in center of Reykjavik, near all notable places. Clean and cozy rooms, yard with parking lot for a car. Nice kitchen with everything you need to cook something. Easy self check in and check out procedure. Great communication. Lovely place.

Only one bathroom, that can be an issue for six people staying. If you sleep with opened window noise from street can be disturbing.

The hosts were super responsive and helpful and they had luggage storage when we had to check out before it was time to go to the airport.

It's an old house so you could hear everything. The upstairs neighbors were noisy but even when they tried to be quiet, you could hear every foot step.

Really good location, good communication from the owner about checking in, incredibly comfortable and cosy. In a quiet part of town that is conveniently located to the main areas. Bus stops for transfers and lots of restaurants nearby.

Brilliant location, apartment has everything you could need, comfortable and spacious

Perfect, authentic, centrally placed apartment very aptly named the Old Charm Apartments, we just loved it and the set-up of what I guess is a slightly older building really added to the charm. The location and comfort were great, I'd probably describe the inside as cosy and warm, with great facilities and the kitchen set up with a nice coffee machine etc all exactly what we needed. We could not have asked for better as far as location went, very central, once we'd parked up on arrival we just walked everywhere. Parking was available easily and the host was really helpful and communicated very clearly and quickly with me when I asked questions. I can't fault this place and I would definitely recommend it to friends, whenever I get back to Reykjavik city I'll try to book here.

loved the setup and the location. the amenities offered in the kitchen were helpful. the beds were comfortable. felt safe

this is no reflection on our feelings of the property itself but on the second night of our stay, there were new tenants in the apartment above us who were exceptionally loud and inconsiderate at 1AM. they were running across the floor, talking and laughing very loudly. at one point, an item fell off the table due to the amount of shaking from the running across the room. this lasted until 3am.
