Very clean and up to date. Kitchen well furnished for cooking. Enjoyed it very much!

Great location right in the beach, we’ll stock kitchen supplies. Comfortable furniture and beds. Easy trolly system running up and down the strip and short walk to restaurants and bar. Would stay there again

Property is a great location. Right on the beach. Quick access across the bridge to a supermarket and many restaurants. Very secure with keypad entry onto the property. Plenty of beach chairs provided. Building is a little old but inside the condo is nice. Owner responded almost immediately with any questions. We had a great time would certainly come back to Pavan’s condo.

We’ve stayed in many places in Siesta Key and this was by far the best location. The beautiful beach is just outside the door and the beach chair service was great. We enjoyed the short walk to Captain Curt’s and the Crescent Club and the short walk to the trolley stop to go to the Village. The hosts were very responsive whenever we had questions and the condo was very comfortable. All in all a great vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. Our only issue was the furniture. The furniture needs replaced. It was very uncomfortable trying to sit in the living area. Otherwise our stay was pleasant. The hosts were very helpful and informative throughout the whole process.

This is the second year we’ve came to Siesta Key and stayed in one of the Mediratta’s units. Again, we had everything we could’ve needed and the views are gorgeous! We cannot wait to come down another year and stay!! Thank you for sharing this little slice of paradise with us!

We had reservations from Sunday 8-27 through Friday 9-1 and we actually added another night until Saturday 9-2! We were so happy with the guidance of Paven and Tracy during our eventful week! Paven talked and texted with us through the entire hurricane and evacuation. We returned after one night and we really enjoyed our stay and the friendliness of the other residents. We were supposed to leave for home Friday but were fortunate we could add another day. We loved the area, we loved the Condo and will definitely return! And again we were so impressed with the communication with our owners. Thanks for a week we will not forget! Bruce and Mary, Franklin IN

The property managers were great, & check-in/out was easy. However, I do feel that we were misled by the advertising. We keep our stuff tidy & leave a place looking just like it did when we arrived, Within the week that we stayed, we saw 5 roaches during the DAYTIME running in the unit. (They weren't moving slow as if the place had been sprayed, etc.) One night I had a roach run across the top of my foot while sitting at the dinner table. This is just unacceptable. Additionally, the view is what really killed our souls. I never rent units at a beach that doesn't have a full, direct beachfront view. The view out of the sliding doors of the living area is of a rooftop next door, not directly "beachfront." It is a side view, & it isn't on the front. It was behind another unit that was closer, which had the beachfront. Also, we have traveled to many beaches, but we haven't ever been to a condo that draws the line & doesn't allow canopies beyond that, one that is so far from the water that you cannot watch your children.There were several rows of chairs in front of the area & we couldn't even see the water. We were overall disappointed w/this place. The owners were very nice & helpful answering questions. However, we paid more to stay here than we ever did in a condo in Sanibel that was nicer/newer, bigger, cleaner, & had a washer & dryer INSIDE the unit (NO COINS!) w/a quieter/less crowded beach, & directly on the beachfront. In all fairness, this info should be fully disclosed.

We had a wonderful vacation; the hosts checked in numerous times to ensure we had all we needed for a great stay. We're looking forward to staying again in the future.

This was our 4th trip in a row to Siesta Key and was by far our best. The location was perfect and condo was as well. Pavin and Tracy communicated with us throughout the entire booking process and during our stay. The condo has everything you need. We unpacked our bags and headed to the beach, which is one of the shortest walks to the ocean you will find on SK. Hopefully, we can do it all over again next year. Thanks again Pavin and Tracy!

Pavan and Tracy were very attentive. They reached out to us a few weeks before our arrival date, which I really appreciated. Sometimes you don’t hear anything from the property owners until 24 hours before arrival. They also reached out to us after we settled in to make sure everything was satisfactory. The property was clean and had everything we needed. The location is perfect. You can walk to nearby restaurants or take a short drive. We would stay in this unit again!!

Beautiful beach and very family oriented!!!

We really enjoyed the close parking spot and easy access to the building. The agent stayed in communication with us throughout the stay. The property is on the side of the building with beach views not beachfront. We would definitely go back and stay in this unit!

Condo was clean , spacious and everything needed was provided. The location was perfect , so convenient to everything. I have never been on a more beautiful beach. My wife really enjoyed this pool. Thank You

We had a great time with our little family. Our 7 year-old even had a blast with the race to select our beach chairs every morning. It was so crucial to be able to walk to things. We would definitely stay here again.

Felt very secure on the property! Condo was nice, I would replace the living room set. Not comfortable for me! Enjoyed our time! Swept up a lot with the sand. So fine, but a beautiful beach! Will be back next year on 6 floor!😊

Location was great the view from the balcony each morning was perfect. The beach was kept clean and chairs setup each morning. The hosts where very responsive and the place was very clean. Perfect for a family! Thank you for allowing us to use your place!

Beautiful view from the condo with easy access to the beach. Having beach chairs set up for us on the private beach was a big plus. Owners were fantastic in keeping in contact with us. We would highly recommend this location.

My husband, his sister and myself stayed at Siesta Key Beach and absolutely loved this area and will definitely be back next year we hope! The condo was clean and was easy access to places to eat and hang out! Thank you for a great time!

Very good communication with the owner and they checked in a few times during the week to be sure everything was good! Could use a little more water pressure in the shower but everything else wea great. Thanks!

It was perfect. The issue we had with the thermostat was taken care of immediately by the owners. They were great. Would definitely recommend this property!

Your place is fine

While I gave 5 stars on all aspects of the property some things need attention. The chair on the porch is broken,the couch and chair in the living room need cleaning, and a good set of wine glasses would help.Minor fixes. Alot of the condo is out of the owners control. A very sloooow elevator and it needs daily cleaning
