It’s was nice size

That we had only one room and the owner was disrespectful

The beds were comfortable that was the only pleasant thing about the stay for the amount of money we had to pay

Smoke alarm missing. Linen in bath room not clean.Furniture falling apart.refrigarator dirty. Back door needs weather stripping. Apartment was hot upon arrival didnt cool off for a whole day due to overcast in the weather. A toilet underneath stairs at back entry total eye sore. Garbage Dumpster area needs to be cleaned at back entry smelled very bad.

The location

The tv and cable didn’t work, I told the property manager came out the first night then I didn’t hear from him

Feret apartment was in an excellent location for uptown Mardi Gras parades and was on a street with lots of cafe and restaurants. Very comfortable living space with what was needed for a short stay. Clean on arrival with towels and basic toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner.

Hot water in shower didn’t last very long and couldn’t reach anyone for questions about internet.

It’s was very clean & spacious. Also in a nice area. We loved it.
