Excellent location in a safe area. The block is close to Protaras and Ayia Napa.
The staff was very friendly and the house was comfortable and clean.
The block is protected with security gate and there is no access if you are not a resident. There is a security alarm inside the house and you can activate everytime you leave.

Great location in a calm area. The villa is spacious and clean if a bit dated. It was very calm and comfortable during the off-season. Great price and value for the money too.
The pool pump was loud during the day, but it was possible to turn it off when it got annoying and when it was not needed.

This was the 3rd time staying at this complex. Really disappointing this time . On arrival it felt cold and damp the fridge was dirty and smelling then we had a ant infestation. Mattress was very dirty and stained and villa bathrooms not up to usual standard .

Excellent location as close to some excellent tavernas and small beaches. Within bus and Taxi to centre of Protarus which were very reasonable

The size of the villa, outside space was amazing , BBQ was great. Lovely pool . A quiet place, a wonderful bakery nearby, local supermarkets within 5 min walk.

Good, spacious and quiet place. The beaches are quite close, of course you should go or ride. Great staff. We liked everything.

Very easy to communicate with the administration company. Very polite, well spoke, excellent English. The property (inc. the private pool) was very clean. The ladies who are responsible for providing toiletries and assist with anything you need are prompt and polite.,
One of the supporting stuff was quite rude a day prior or our departure and tried to pick a fight. When we said that we are planning to inform the offices he said ok and then called the office making a comment that we are a Cyprus family creating problems. For me this was racist towards Cypriots. I am British with CY roots, I rent the house as part of my early summer holidays to Cyprus. Other than this incident, everything was great.
