The rooms were spacious and the hotel is located near the namba area. They have an amazing spread of breakfast choice.

This is the second booking for this trip and the hotel offer the bigger room.

this staff was amazing and they are extremely friendly. I loved staying here. great location as well for quick subway routes.

Great location just above the train station and the staffs are attentive and helpful. My default accommodation when in Osaka but harder to get a room now as this hotel getting popular with good reviews.

Reasonable price

Nothing about the stay. It’s just that I insisted on getting a cab myself when I was already running late for an overseas flight. I first told the staff to book a cab but later changed it to just me hailing one at the streets. I went back and forth the entrance and the street and saw three cabs but I didn’t call them since the staff insisted to just wait. They actually followed me outside the hotel as well when I was about to call a cab. They insisted that the cab they booked will come soon and that there will be a cancellation fee of ¥600 if I don’t take it. It sounded like a threat to me to be honest. The cab arrived 10mins later. Why did they want me to take the cab/the company they know? Why insist when there are so many on the streets? Why? That was my big question!! In the end, I wasn’t able to take my overseas flight. I ended up staying at the airport for two more days, booked a new flight with a stopover (my original was a direct flight), got another PCR testing that all incurred to more than ¥100,000. So frustrated how the staff at that time handled my request. Unbelievable how they threatened me as if I can’t pay ¥600.

Location was great just a few steps away from Nagahoribashi. About 10 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi suji street and station. 7-11 just a few steps away. Halal food available nearby hotel location

Toilet is extremely small which i felt i was like in an airplane toilet. Just a pillow given which was not comfortable

The stuff were very polite and the room was very clean, tidy and neat. The hotel is literally next to the train station and almost in the heart of the Dotonbori action being just a few blocks away. 7/11 is next to the hotel in case you get the munchies or you come late from the airport.

Unfortunately, despite the rooms being clean and tidy, they all? come with a wooden floor. So when above you or next to you a person drags their chair/stool late in the night, it is very loud. Particularly my first night was a mess. I requested to move out but the room that was available was next to a very loud person - at 1.30am. So I had to choose either stay in my current room with the person above dragging the chair from 8pm till 4am! or stay next to the loud one. I am surprised that the hotel (the reception was apologetic though but it is not their fault if people do not have manners) could not intervene and talk to the guest at that hour considering that he/she kept me awake (I think I got one hour sleep) for all the three nights I stayed there unfortunately. Perhaps a simple solution could be to put a carpet. Besides that there was nothing bad with the hotel or the stuff
