Excellent accommodation for the price. Rooms and beds were exceptional. We were really well looked after by everyone there. And they couldn't be more helpful looking after our bikes. Also a top cooked breakfast

Location was good

We booked need and breakfast but the hotel changed time of breakfast the week we were due to arrive without informing us. This meant we could not have breakfast as it was too late to board ferry

Brilliant Location. Only five minute walk from the Scillonian Ferry, (to the Isles of Scilly) and less than ten minutes walk from Penzance train station. Doggy friendly if you have one. Nice size bedroom with table and chairs in (for breakfast if you fancy) rather than going down stairs. Large size bathroom also. Very clean and tidy throughout. Staff we found to be very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would highly recommend and will no doubt, return to 'The Dock Inn' for any future visiting to Penzance.

Couldn't fault our stay here. Standards well above your average B&B. Excellent value for money.

This is an old building with access which might not suit everyone Breakfast in room worked for us but maybe not for some.

All the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Parking at the pub was available. The room was super! Comfortable and clean with ample hot drinks, sugar, milk, bottled water and biscuits. The shower was really big and worked well. Decent lighting for shaving or putting on make-up. We had our evening meal there and breakfast in the morning. Both meals were excellent. Location was good for the town. They have thought of everything. We had a great stay.

The staff were friendly and the food was absolutely delicious.

As walkers it was near to the train station and bus stops.

We were staying Monday to Friday morning and the pub were not serving food those days which was a shame.

Great location, very close to seafront and far enough from centre of town to be quiet. Lovely friendly pub. Breakfast cooked to order and delivered to the room, which had a table and chairs up by the bay window. Huge bed, extremely comfortable and lovely hot shower.
