It was a really nice modern room with an excellent bathroom. It was just finished so it was brand new. The bed was comfortable and we slept well.

Having a kitchenette within the room made it a squeeze and it did feel a little cramped at times (me and my wife could not pass each other without one of us sitting up on the bed. The location is excellent for the beach - but it is a bit of a trek into town (our fault for not checking)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely B&B and I couldn't be more delighted with my experience! The accommodation was impeccably clean and tidy, and it was obvious that great care had been taken to ensure that every detail was just right. The recent decoration added a modern touch and made the room feel fresh and inviting. What's more, the price was incredibly reasonable - especially considering the fantastic location, which was conveniently situated near all the attractions I wanted to visit during my stay. The friendly host went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable, and their helpful recommendations and advice were greatly appreciated. Although no croissants were provided, the in-room continental breakfast was absolutely delicious. Overall, I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a wonderful stay at a great price. It truly exceeded all my expectations.

The only potential downside to this B&B is that parking outside can be difficult at times. However, the host was extremely helpful in providing advice on nearby parking options, and I was able to find a spot relatively easily. Plus, the fantastic location more than made up for any inconvenience in finding parking.

We were upgraded to the newly refurbished apartment which was good as we had a fridge and lounge area. No extra charge for this. The breakfast offered in the room was very good. The B&B is under going refurbishment at the moment but it didn't affect our stay. Good location and reasonably priced. .

The toilet didn't work properly!

Breakfast food provided was exceptional. We were not expecting to have a toaster, microwave and fridge in the room. The dining table and chairs were also a bonus. As we were getting the ferry to Scilly early it meant we were able to have breakfast before we left. When we have stayed at other hotels in the,area we usually have to leave before they start serving breakfast. We would definitely come back.

furniture was falling apart. 2 of our twin beds fell through. we had to lift up the mattress and fix the wooden slats in the middle of the night.

Great location just off the Promenade. Window with a sea view with table and chairs for eating breakfast, which was lovely. Fridge and microwave very useful, and the selection of breakfast items was very good.
