Roon was nice and clean. Also resort was clean. Brekfast was OK. Big highlight was that part of the resort is also aquapark where you have full access - one part is for only guests and the bigger one is also for people who came for aquapark.

I like the amenities so much. The room was clean and fresh and opened directly to the pool. Breakfast was good as well. I love that the comforters were so clean. Thumbs up 😗 I love the Cleopatra cottage. Great view at a good price. It's like having your own venue at a hotel.

The guy at front desk was kind of not resourceful. I told him we had a reservation with a cottage and he directly said there was none without even trying a little harder to look for our reservation online. Then I told him then never mind our room booking, idc whoever stays there and that's when a girl helped him and found our reservation. He could be new but overall he tried to be nicer when he knew we got online booking.

Nice hotel. Staff are ok. Pool is nice. Good for families. Sitting area by the pool is nice to relax.

Taking a deposit and checking everything feel like you would steal something.

Free breakfast was not very good, every time we pre ordered the night before it was cold in the morning when we received it. Wifi access for South Wing kept dropping and had to get new pass codes, should be one access for the whole stay. Clean or replace the shower heads.

All the staff are very hospitable, friendly and approchable.

The room is quite big, nice ambiance and nice pool.

the area is closeby to shopping malls so it was preety cheap to move around. the room i got has a pool access and the staff are friendly, check in and check out is preety good

we stayed for 3 nights and i was actually expecting to get the room tidied up everytime we leave it empty. there is a kettle in the room which is good plus complimentary coffee. but there is no microwave to atleast heat up food. the fridge was turned on when we check in but for the duration of our stay it didnt even made our drinks cold, for those 3 nights our bath matt hasnt been changed so we have been using a wet rug for the duration of our stay.

Great place for an affordable price. We love and enjoyed the amenities. Great experience and we'll definitely comeback soon.

Wish there could have been a microwave since kitchen is not available and the bistro is not available 24 hrs.
