Exactly what we were looking for. Not far from the strip. Backyard is where we wanted to spend all of our time! Neighborhood isn’t the greatest but we didn’t feel unsafe.

Loved the house and back yard. We were in town for a volleyball tournament. It was a nice quiet house to come back to.

we absolutely loved our stay here at this beautiful mid-century modern style home. The backyard was an oasis in the Vegas desert with a beautiful pool, elegant landscaping, and lots of comforting amenities. We would absolutely recommend this property and would consider returning again in the future.

The house is a great size with a huge yard! It was quiet and clean. Comfortable beds. Close to everything you might want to do in Las Vegas. Will stay again!

This property is fantastic!!! Exactly as list on VRBO….the area the home is located in is not good.. lots of homeless… obvious drugs…not area that you would take a walk in. The block the property is on is quiet… and we actually didn’t see anyone coming or going in the houses around us… the only reason I mention the neighborhood is so prospective stayers will know what to expect.. with all that said… We would stay there again with no issue—we absolutely loved the house!! This is a great summer rental… the pool is so nice and well maintained… beds comfortable.. great TV room… kitchen and baths are all updated.. really a little oasis once you have done your sightseeing for the day😁

Loved our stay at this facility. Was close enough to the strip but far enough away. Neighborhood was quiet! The house was appointed in a cool 50's Vintage Vegas style. Backyard was awesome, unfortunately was too cold outside to use the pool, but will definitely be back when it's warmer so that we can use the pool next time

This is just what we needed. So close to everything and had everything we needed!

First and foremost, the backyard is amazing!! the pictures do not do enough justice. It was so big and well-kept. The house itself is clean, organized, and in good condition. No foul odor. The house may be vintage but everything works efficiently. The house was spacious and just great for a large group. It was very homey! The location itself from the Las Vegas strip is about 15-20mins away maybe 10mins away if going to CircusCircus. The house was conveniently located to a grocery store which is good. Additionally, I definitely would love to book this home again and come especially during the summer. The pool is amazing!

The beds were comfortable, the house was clean (minus the den couch.. a little too used). the pool and yard were very clean, fun and perfect! Everything was provided that we could ever need. Some lights in the kitchen wouldn’t turn on sometimes. Floors a bit squeaky, and neighborhood a tiny sketchy.. but we felt safe. House has AC .. we were comfortable And happy!

The house was perfect and we had some issues with the door lock and owner came right over and fixed it for us.. we really enjoyed this listing and highly recommend it..

What a charming retro home!! We selected this property because of its proximity to the LVCC where our grandson was playing in a basketball tournament. It was incredibly hot while we were in Vegas and the refreshment of the pool after a day of play was fantastic! The backyard is a large, peaceful and private oasis. The home is very clean and takes you back in time the moment you step through the front door. I felt like I had entered my childhood home of the 60's!! But it had all the amenities necessary to make our stay so pleasant! Our host was very accessible and friendly! Easy check in and check out. Neighborhood is just far enough away from The Strip to enjoy quietness but close enough to jet down to the center of it all. We will definitely keep this property tops on our list of places to stay! It was wonderful!

The house was clean. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were dark ( great sleeping). The decor was vintage and I loved it. The backyard was an oasis! Close to the airport and the strip. The street was very quiet. Just be prepared that is is not a scenic drive to get to the house. Terrible part of town. I freaked out as we were driving to it. Having said that, I would 100% stay there again. Don’t let the surroundings be a deal breaker. That same house in Nashville would be $600 a night

The property is conveniently located to the strip. It is VINTAGE as advertised but met our needs very well. The outdoor space would have been wonderful if the beautiful Vegas weather had been warmer. No complaints, a great visit.

This was an excellent property that was utterly affordable and a welcome break from the noise, lights and hustle of downtown Las Vegas. The rooms were quiet, dark and very cozy. Beds were all comfortable. The living space was perfect for unwinding. We were also able to work quietly at our computers throughout the open space. The highlight was the backyard and pool, unfortunately it was November and too cold to swim, but did not prevent us from sitting in the sun. The most memorable part of staying here was the nearby taco joint called “Tacos el Gordo”. Unlike the other downtown location which is very crowded (with extremely good reason), this neighborhood location was amazing. Perhaps some of the best authentic tacos to be found anywhere! Don’t miss the Tacos al Pastor. We would definitely stay here again, if nothing more than to be near those tacos!

The property was cute, clean and easy to access. Loved it!

The property is in a bad area of town, there are literally drug addicts sleeping on the corner and sidewalk. The house is old, they call it vintage which means old, dirty, and outdated. There was dust on everything, the return diffuser and grills for the AC were covered in dust. The washer does not work well, the carpet is disgusting and stained. The house has a smell, probably because the furniture is 40 years old. The backyard is amazing for the area. Oh and there are mice.

We stayed at this property in October and It was as advertised. The backyard was the best part of the property. We loved the tv room but the couch was not comfortable! The home is due for some upgrades. The neighborhood was quiet and convenient.

Our friend group stayed here for a long weekend and really enjoyed the house. The backyard is amazing, we loved the fruit trees and landscaping. It was colder, we would have loved more time in the pool. There is a grocery store very close by which was convenient. We didn’t hear a sound from neighbors and cars, a very quiet street! We would definitely stay again.

Uber drives to the strip and old Vegas are inexpensive 3. Outdoor garden is meticulous maintained Cons: 1. Little details like lack of nonstick pans, dish washer, dish washing soap, extra toilet paper especially for the price point was frustrating. In a house you have to go through many dish loads so prepare for a lot of dishwashing without a dishwasher and purchase extra dishwashing soap. If you will be cooking a lot just carry along or buy a nonstick cooking pan. 2. We wanted to watch a family movie one evening but the internet was choppy! After a few days it seemed to improve. It was intermittent internet failures. 3. Surrounding neighborhood though in the up to up improvement phases isn’t that great for smaller kids! Do a lot of research understanding the neighborhood dynamics around the property. All in all, the best memory was the pool but that does come with a hefty price tag!

The house is one of a kind. Very well done. My friends and I came out for a hockey tournament and we were thrilled to stay at this awesome place. Will be back next year!

The back yard really makes this place! So nice to have our own pool to relax in during the day. Convenient location that is close to groceries and Fremont street. The neighborhood is a little sketchy but the house feels safe. The house was comfortable and clean and had all we needed.

This house is so perfect we didn’t want to leave the back yard beautiful greens all labeled fruit trees perfect pool. We will be back!!! So close to freemont and the strip kids took a 9$ Uber.
