We stayed in La Casita de Las Palmas for the second time. First time we were longer so we were kn the apartment, this time we stayed only 1 night so a room was enough. We have all that we need. Comunication with host was great, everything was clean. We will come again.

Nice appartment in quiet area. We wanted to escape busy city so we got perfect place. Grocery store, restaurant, nice pastry shop are in walking distance.

A most pleasant place to stay in peaceful environment. Interior was beautiful traditional Spanish style. Certainly worh price!

Markings at oven knob had vanished away, and we burnt our pizza. .Probably(?) it was in the "grill" position?

Comfortable place to stay close to Las Palmas. Easily accessible by bus from town, and easy to find. Nice quite neighbourhood. Check in was easy using an entry code provided by the hosts.

Could hear some noise from the neighbouring room.

Fantastic house

The small but really lovely house is located 15 minutes from Las Palmas city center. This means that is easy to reach the city, but you’ll sleep in a comfortable, quiet environment far away from the city noise. The room was small but lovely, with private bathroom. Everything was nice and clean.

La Casita is located in a beautiful neighbourhood and is a lovely home with a garden at the front. We enjoyed the traditional interiors mixed with modern kitchen and bathroom.

Only the fact that you can enjoy the morning sun in the terrace and the quietness of area were pleasant.

This property does not deserve the rate of 8’8, it’s misguiding! As you enter the house strong smell of humidity strikes you. An air dehumidifier should had been run prior arrival and be available for guests. We were there for 11 days and the smell never disappeared, although we opened the windows everyday. Unacceptable! The mattress, it’s too old and thin for a bed without a wooden slatted frame, should be replace for a thicker one as it’s not comfortable. The fridge was not clean; slides of lemon and an open milk pack were in it. Toilet seat is not fixed and there isn’t even a hook to hang your hand towel, ridiculously cheap! Half of the lights are not working and the sofa and chairs covers needed a wash!! So many details that show the photos are misleading advertising because no one keeps it up. The host arrived late at checking... not nice when traveling with a baby all day. I would say nothing, if she had come on departure day, but I had to text her where I hide the keys as she didn’t showed up or contact us to let us know her absence. Doesn’t show a lot of respect! We felt scammed, when you pay 55€/night, this is shameful!!

Rooms was wery cosy. Host was very friendly. Free coffee, water on public area. Location was perfect for calm. In the area is nice and beautiful. Value for money.
