Well located, lots of shops nearby and public transportation. A long term underground parking (Park & Ride Erdberg) is very close (2 stations by subway U3). You can leave the car there for 4.1 EUR / day. Large and clean bathroom, good quality double-bed. The apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The common areas of the building were also very clean.

The cleaning team should pay more attention. Lots of dust on the nightstand lamps, furniture. A weird smell was getting into the room from the kitchen sink drain sometimes.

Das Appartment war sehr sauber und modern. Die Betten waren bequem, die Dusche gut Es war ruhig. 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bahn Das Irish Pub hat gutes Essen. Supermärkte in der Nähe, wo man Nahrungsmittel kaufen kann.

Die Stühle im Apartment waren sehr unbequem, wir haben uns die Kopfkissen draufgelegt, wenn wir am Tisch saßen. Für die Nespresso Maschine bekamen wir in den Läden nicht die passenden Pads. Es gab überall nur die Kapseln. Es gibt ausser einem Irish Pub keine anderen Restaurants oder Bars in Laufweite. Heruntergekommene Häuser in der Nachbarschaft.

Το συγκρότημα βρίσκεται σε πολύ βολική τοποθεσία. Τρένο, μετρό, τραμ και σούπερ μάρκετ βρίσκονται πολύ κοντά. Στο διαμερισμα όλα ήταν πρακτικά τακτοποιημένα και πεντακάθαρα. Οι φωτογραφίες ανταποκρίνονται πλήρως στην πραγματικότητα. Στην κουζίνα υπήρχε ότι χρειάζεσαι για να φτιάξεις πρωινό ή γεύμα. Θα πρέπει να προστεθούν λεπτομερείς φωτογραφίες γι αυτό. Υπήρχαν ακόμα και ταμπλέτες πλυντηρίου. Επίσης πολύ βολικό το κοινόχρηστο διαμέρισμα στο ισόγειο στο οποίο μπορείς να πάρεις πετσέτες ή ότι άλλο σου λείπει και να χρησιμοποιήσεις πλυντήριο - στεγνωτηριο. Γενικά όλα ήταν τέλεια!!! Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

Το μόνο που θα ήθελα να είχε το δικό μας διαμέρισμα ήταν ένας μεγάλος καθρέφτης.

Очень удобное расположение к транспорту, с айропорта ехать 15 минут, от станции 3 минуты пешком. Очень легко попасть в квартиру, и рядом в 3 минутах ходьбы и общественный транспорт и магазины и кафе.

Единственный минус, что не было батареи для полотенец, не было чая

ha faltado una espátula plana y una tapa para sartén. es desagüe de la pica estaba roto y goteaba un poco. las almohadas demasiado grandes y espumosas para mi gusto.

Appartamento silenzioso, in posizione molto tranquilla, a 300 m da negozi, vari supermercati e soprattutto dalla metro U3 che in 15 minuti vi porta direttamente a Stephansplatz, il cuore di Vienna.

Tinha muito espaço, estava tudo limpo, processo de check-in muito fácil , e colchão era muito confortável, Gostamos muito .

Все було чудово, квартира точно, як на фото. Температура комфортна, ми навіть зменшували під себе, бо було виставлено на 24 градуси. Вода гаряча була в наявності, посудомийна машинка, миючий засіб, гель для душу, мило, необхідний посуд. Близько до станції метро, поруч є супермаркети, розташування дуже зручне, за три хвилини станція, з якої напряму можна доїхати до аеропорту.

Заїзд можливий тільки з 15:00 і не хвилиною раніше. Речі можна лишити у підвалі безкоштовно, а от код від апартаментів починає діяти лише з 15:00, що не дуже зручно, доводиться до цього часу десь гуляти. Посудомийна машинка дуже велика, а посуду не настільки багато, щоб її завантажити, тому мили вручну (сім'я з 4 людей).

Очень чисто б было в апартаментах, новая посуда, кофе машина, полотенца, постельное белье..

Well it is a modern decorated apartment. They aim to make the whole process automated (Check in, filling of guest details, even having single generated codes instead of keys). The problem obviously arrises when something doesn't work as planned and there is no person to help you, just a failing machine Mostly clean , even though we found some soil and leaves next to the bedroom windows. Master bedroom is comfortable yet, the couch-bed in the living room not as much, making sounds and making it hard to enjoy the night's sleep.

Well for starters we requested an early check-in. Since check out is at 11 and check-in is at 15:00 we thought that would be possible. We arrive at 13:30 at the location and of course no one is there to greet us, only a door that requires a code. Nobody to be contacted. Long story short, we ended up getting our entry codes by 4:30 pm, 3 hours after we wished for, and an hour and a half later than the actual check in time. *There is a procedure to follow, which is filling all your details in some forms they provide you and then you should be able to receive the codes. We had done that before 11am that morning but yet somehow it did not help us in getting codes earlier, but not even on time. We never received an apology, an explanation or even a reply to our many messages and emails. Will never stay again in the future and hope that our experience can help others in finding better accommodation when in Vienna. P.s. Some ridiculous warnings about fines in case you activate smoke detector make cooking not a choice either. Clearly an overpriced room

Für die Kaffeemaschine gab es in den umliegenden Geschäften keine Kaffeekapseln. Da wäre ein Kaufhinweis oder eine einfachere Maschine eindeutig besser.

Die Austattung war toll, habe auch sofort alle Infos bzgl. Eingang-Code und Wlan erhalten. Die Raumaufteilung war auch super und grundsätzlich war es sehr sauber.

Die Couch steht etwas unvorteilhaft, direkt vor dem Fernseher. Die Nachbarn waren sehr sehr laut. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst!

Netflix war verfügbar.

ORF war verschlüsselt. Es gab keine Ablageflächen. Der Duschvorleger war bereits nass ohne das geduscht wurde. Die Tür zwischen Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum ließ sich nicht schließen. Mit einem Kleinkind das um 19 Uhr schlafen geht ist das äußerst ungünstig.

The apartment was clean, fully equipped and quiet since the windows faced the inner courtyard. The location was convenient, the metro station was a 5-minute walk from the apartment.

All you want in a modern comfortable apartment. Really well designed. Not fancy - but very comfortable. Nice kitchen, Shower and general layout.

- The room was not very clean, when we arrived - We stayed there 4 nights and there was not room service - Our flight arrived at Vienna early morning. Since the check-in was at 3:00 p.m., I have sent 3 messaged to the property kindly asking to enter, if possible, the appartment earlier. I never received an answer. We arrived there at 2:20 p.m, the room was ready, but our code for the door lock was activated at 3:00 p.m. We had to wait in the lounge.

Location - wasn't in the best of areas in Vienna

Everything was fine; clean, comfortable, spacious apartment. Location is quite close to underground and there are other public transportation services close at hand (train, trams). Plenty of close supermarkets and places for quick (mostly ethnic) meals

Just a suggestion.. it should be reminded in every arrival day, entry code supplying, email and SMS that parking in Wien is de facto almost always forbidden, even for short loading and unloading stops (even 15 min. tickets are sold). It is otherwise deceptively easy, especially if you booked quite a time before and are not familiar with the city, to forget about parking permits and get a fine, as there are no indications or alerts in the streets.

The apartament was very clean. It is near the metro station.

The location of the apartment was very convenient, it was peaceful yet very close to the metro station and other means of transport. Every information we needed was included in the email. When I wanted to ask a question, the lady on the phone was very nice and spoke good English.

The apartment could have been cleaned slightly better, we noticed some dust in couple of places
