Location, location, location
Lobby bar, tapanyake restaurant closed for the guests due to some events. Outside lobby bar closed, revolving entrance door not working....

The room was wonderful, the breakfast excellent.

The staff were immaculate and very friendly.
The breakfast options were superb.
Heating controls. We struggled to have our correct temperature.
We had a fire alarm on the Friday evening. The staff were nowhere to be seen. We followed other room guests down fire stairs and out to the front of the building but we had no communication from the staff??????

not much. a little disturbance from AC cooling and some fire alarm which I assume was out of their control

The staff went the extra mile to satisfy our needs. Dimitri at the reception managed to get us an excelent room with a walk-in shower, which was a must for us.
Breakfast was good, although a bit expensive.
The lication could not be better.

nice location. good quality of food and beverage in breakfast and restaurant
they lack in services. we missed cleaning service asked at 19Q30 to fix our room not possible. not a plug for the phone near the bed. no shower. no switches near the bed. temperature difficult to control. coffee took 35 minutes to arrive on breakfast.

L’hôtel est très bien placé, toutes les visites sont accessibles rapidement. La chambre était magnifique et propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner.

We LOVED everything about this property. It was our best hotel experience ever, in over 30 years of traveling the world together. In particular, the staff were the kindest and most professional team we have ever experienced, to a person!
There were no downsides to our stay, and no suggestions for improvement.

Fußboden nicht gereingt. Toilettenpapier vom Vorgast nicht erneuert.(Hygiene) Billigste Ausführung 2 lagig . Frühstück nicht 5 Sterne entsprechend. Ungeschultes Personal beim Frühstück. Rauchsaloon abgeschafft
Es wird maximal eingespart auf Kosten des Gastes.

Stayed 2 nights with my wife.
First of all we would like to thank the hotel staff.
They were very friendly and polite even to us who are not good at English.
The location of the hotel was very good and we had a comfortable time exploring Vienna.
The interior of the room is very calm and clean.
The bathroom, which was relatively troublesome at other hotels, was perfect here.
The dryer was easy to use and hot water came out quickly.
Breakfast is not just a full buffet, but a warm and delicious menu.
Personally, it was a little disappointing that there were few types of raw vegetables.
It was a memorable visit to Vienna. Thank you Grand Hotel Wien!
