Host was helpful, room was big and clean. Air conditioning was perfect and check in worked very well!

location could be closer to center

The city view was pretty nice; most of the time it was quiet and pleasant. The hotel has the basic necessities. It is perfect for an one-night stay or a budget trip. Good for one person or a couple, but it will be challenging for a family with a child.

There was a bit of unpleasant cigarette smell in the room, even though it is supposed to be a non-smoking room. We couldn't quite get rid of it. Also, the bathroom could have been cleaner.

Area is great and quiet, owner was good.

Smaller room than expected. No balcony as promised. Not clean and a bit dusty. Otherwise ok.

I need refund if it possible.I have never been till now like this hotel if I could see that is hotel.Bed was very old as old furniture around.Bathroom door was rotten and it's totally for change.Tv remote control no working too .And it was noice because under the 1 floor where I was with my girlfriend there is shop and don't know some costumers or someone else done noise in the morning.I don't recommend this 🛏️ and some ants been running around the floor too.I want my money back please because from squeak bed I didn't sleep well and my girlfriend too.Thanks

Relatively close proximity to Gorna Banya metro station. Great view from the balcony. Overall comfortable conditions of the accomodation: Nicely sized room and bathroom, additional blanket was just the right thickness to provide great level of warmth during the night, AC worked well, just right amount of towels, easy access to the room.

TV for some reason didn't work. Not a big deal for myself and my partner but just something we noticed. Not sure if the frige was working or not but we didn't need it to me honest. It didn't feel like it was working, hence me mentioning it here.

Room in general was dirty and dusty plus the bathroom hasn't been clean for god knows how long. The cup where you put normally your toothbrush was black at the bottom and dirty. It didn't seem to be clean, as well as all the dust there was a funny smell in the room and curtains need a good wash too.
