Beautiful, relaxing setting. Huge bedroom, bathroom and balcony. Excellent facilities and pleasant, friendly staff. Free parking. The rooftop viewpoint is now an evening restaurant and is a perfect setting.

I could be wrong, and this is a very minor in the overall scheme of things, but the saltiness of the swimming pool water was extreme and put me off swimming.

The location is quite remote, you are more or less forced to eat at the (very nice) rooftop restaurant, which is extremely expensive! (3-4 times as much as a normal restaurant). There are no scooters for rent, but the staff at least can drive you to the national park entry. Better to book a guide and driver though! English language ability of the staff is quite limited.

Amazing place with super nice staff. I really recommend the creek view villas. They are super private and just amazing. We had a great time. The viewpoint is also great. Beware that it can get quite chilly during December at night, good that the creek view villas have an amazing hot bathtub. The infinity pool is really nice including the jacuzzi. Everything clean. The resort is so nicely done and decorated. Great for kids too.

Great Location, near the main town and the national park, fantastic view from the rooms which was also big and comfortable. A nice touch all the lights decoration and very nice and well maintained the garden around. Alos the roof top restaurant deserve a mention for the view and food.

Totally blown away with the effort to really light up the hotel facade. Amazing great effort. The drive through experience with the lighting is simple but tastefully done. Love the quiet and mountain view. Staffs is very positive and cheerful. Embracing the hotel standard.

The bed was a little on the hard side for my family. But thats really individual preference.

Breakfast spread was decent and tasted good for me and hubby. Service of the staff was good as they were polite and helpful. The entire vibe of the hotel was friendly and welcoming.I love the bathroom and shower facility. The rooftop dining was out of the world and was so beautiful from sunset till nightfall. The backdrop of the mountains really enhance my stay. The hotel staff even presented me with a mug as a souvenir when I check out the hotel. How thoughtful!! I would Highly recommend this hotel and would come back again.

Clean and quiet, staff is friendly and daily replenish the necessities (the staff just place them outside of the room as we are on “Do not disturb” which is very sweet of them)

No spa and if the hotel has free transport to certain destination of attractions will be good, especially for hotel guests as surrounding has no amenities. The transport pick up at 15 or 30 mins interval will be good.

Enjoyed the breakfast especially trying the Thai spreads. Good coffee and enjoyed the fresh coconuts. Had a nice experience dining at the rooftop. Good food and excellent frozen margaritas👍 Good service.

The water pressure was too low to have a nice shower. Certainly can be improved. Should also provide face towels as well.

The staff again was great, helpful and overall happy with services. Breakfast was humongous and had sufficient choices. Not to mention it was delicious too.

The swimming pool was slimy/moldy. When we went for swimming my feet turned green after stepping on the pool floor and water tasted nasty.
