AC hardly cooled.

hotel pictures are deceiving, pretty much old and non clean hotel. very dusty and not cleaned. the aircon was not enabled and had tough night to stay there.

We booked our hotel, but couldn’t make payment because of problem on their side for international credit card. We called them up to inform them about this problem thinking they would help us but they did not help us. But the booking still showed we have a booking. We go there but they did not give us any room. Therefore we had to shift our 2 rooms to another hotel. So does this mean people who come from abroad can’t make a booking since they use international card? Come on, be a little customer friendly, help people out when they tell you they are having a hard time making a booking. I would never stay and never suggest anyone to stay in a hotel which is not customer Friendly and helpful. The hotels we had booked helpful us in the scenario and we did stay there.

No room cleaning was done. The room was very cheap and torn The sheets were not clean Not worth the money

Great location - it's a short walk from Connaught Place. The staff were helpful, the food was delicious. There is no dining room so breakfast is eaten in the rooms, but it was delicious and plentiful. Perfect for a couple of nights.
