We really enjoyed this house! Plenty of room for a family of 6 and our dog. Great beach front view and short walk to the boardwalk. Relaxing on the balconies was one of our favorite things to do. Pointe West is always fun!

Home is comfortable & great location. Since cars are not allowed in the beach it is very quiet & family friendly. Patrick was very responsive & easy to communicate with.

Had a very nice stay in Sea Brooke the first week in June. The property was in very good shape and the ocean view from the back was serene and special. The walk to the beach was all of five minutes. The beach itself was nicer than we expected (it was our first time in Galveston), with hardly any seaweed on shore or in the gulf. And the really nice part is that this stretch of beach was lightly populated, no crowds and we could settle in wherever we wanted to. The only negative was the jellyfish nuisance. It didn't stop us from going in the water but some of the family did get stung (but still went back in the water later). Not much you can do about that, we understand the jellyfish typically show up in late summer/Sept, so this appeared unusual. Patrick was very responsive to a couple of minor issues that were quickly addressed. The storage closet outside needs to be organized a bit and probably some things could be tossed. All in all we had an excellent four night stay and will likely head back next year.

Great location, house was nice with a great view of the water! Beach club with pool was nice as well. Great communication and highly recommend.

Great location, beautifully decorated and well maintained 4 bedroom home in the Pointe West community. No negatives at all, the house was clean, the views were great kitchen was well appointed. Will try to stay there next time.

The house is well maintained and well supplied. The beach is close and the views are perfect - I could have fallen asleep on the deck just listening to the sound of the waves. The boardwalk to the beach is about three houses down. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice beach house. The access to the beach is a walk to a bridge about 5 houses down. For a small additional fee, you can get access to a couple of different pools throughout the neighborhood, as well. (As well as a workout room.) House was very well-stocked with everything we needed.

It’s an amazing place for the whole family!

What a great house! We were in Galveston for a family reunion. Of the six houses that family stayed in, ours was by far my favorite. It was very comfortable and well stocked. We hated to leave and will stay again for sure!

House is great, front row beach. Pointe West Resort Property is LARGE! To get from the house to the club pool & hot tub and also get to the other pool, hot tub & lazy river, I saw a review that suggested golf cart rental. We did that w K6 Island Sports & oh my! It was SO much fun. There are cart paths everywhere. The 9 and 5 year old grandkids loved it. Only downside, it rained a few days before we got there and when (as well as where) the wind was wasn't blowing, mosquitos were a problem. So glad I took OFF spray powder with us.

A beautiful spot on the beach away from the city.

This is our second summer staying at this house and we loved it again! The house has everything we needed and fits our family great. There is nothing better than sitting out on the balcony for dinner with family and a nice breeze. We will definitely be back!

I frequently stay at Galveston, and for the condition of the property, this home is overpriced. First off it has a weird smell when you walk in which is a combination of mold and mildew. The towels in the primary bedroom were all stained with what looked like blood! Every single one! The electricity went out and while trying to contact the owner/manager, we did not get a response. We still haven’t got one and it’s been past 24 hours.

Property manager was very helpful, house offered beautiful views in a nice neighborhood. The house was well-stocked with most everything you would need!

We enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. House had everything we could need.

Amazing house on the beach. Two covered porches look out across a dune area to the ocean and beach. Easily hear the waves crashing on porches. Interior has great areas with kitchen and den.. Four large bedrooms for guests. The interior is decorated very well with a beach theme. Condition of the house was very good.

Our three day stay at this location was great. With four bedrooms and bathrooms we had plenty of room for our family get together. The house was clean and had plenty of cookware and dishes. The house overlooks the dunes and beach with beach access just several houses down then about a 100 yard walk out a boardwalk to the beach. No vehicle access to this area of the beach with the exception of trash pick up trucks. Lots of great walking on the beach!

Property was great and just what our family needed for a couple of nights

We loved the extra seating outside on the balcony. You can have breakfast at the table or coffee on the comfortable couch. The décor inside was adorable, everything was clean and and the check in was super easy. Best part was the view of the ocean hands down. Great rates! We will be back.

We stayed at this property a year ago and loved it so much that we came back again for Spring Break 2022. The communication with the host and property manager is excellent, the house has everything you could need (including board games for rainy days, sand toys, and all pots/pans needed for cooking), and the proximity to the beach just can't be beat. Plenty of room for 2 teenagers, my BFF and my 77 YO dad...we could spread out when we needed privacy, but the living room/dining room and balconies were also great places to hang out together. My boys are already asking about next year. Highly recommend!

The beautiful property and the beautiful beach made this a very special Christmas. The owner was very accommodating and answered all our questions. The kitchen is overwhelmingly stocked. There are games, movies, and books for use in the home. The Beach Club pools were the icing on the cake! We hope to stay in this home again!

We were all very excited about this trip to Galveston. I am the one who found and booked this house. I told my group we had a a great location on the beach away from the downtown area. The home really looked good online and when we arrived, it hype. Very well done on the home, very comfortable and it felt like home. I got to watch my 1st sunrise from the balcony, it was amazing. I would recommend this place for anyone staying in Galveston.

Our experience with this house was overall very good. There are a few things that could use a little attention such as the flooring at the sliding door to the deck in the living room. Some of the tiles seem to be coming loose. But overall, the house was great and the owner/manager was good in terms of communications. I'd rent it again.

The sunrises are stunning and the beach really wonderful for long walks and relaxing in the sun. The home is well equipped and comfortable.

It was absolutely everything and more than the listing shared. The beach decor and updates were fresh and relaxing. We will return. Our stay was for my sons wedding.

The beach house was very well appointed, cozy and in a great quiet location. It was nice to have two bedrooms with en-suite baths. We loved being right on the beach, watching the sunrise from the decks and crab hunting on the beach at night. There were a few maintenance items that needed to be taken care of immediately which were reported to the property manager. The home also needed a deep clean. For the price of the rental I expected bed linens that were not pilled and nicer bath linens. Overall we had a good experience with our family and would rent the property again.

The property was very nice and perfect for us, my older mom and aunt and my sons and their significants and fur babies. Very dog friendly, great views and access to beautiful beach. Property had everything we needed including extra beach stuff and grill. Balconies were roomy with comfy furniture for hanging out and enjoying the view. Great communication with property manager, we had no issues and had a great beach stay with all the comforts of home, thanks Sea Brooke!

This property was Amazing! We had everything we needed and then some! Everyone was so helpful and nice! Galveston is so underrated!

We have been staying at Pointe West for years. This was one of my favorite places we have stayed. The house was well stocked!! We brought things we didn’t even need. The closet downstairs had lots of beach toys. The house is close to the cross over too. We had a great vacation!! Thanks for sharing your house with us.
