Large home with plenty of room for our party of six. Great location and very walkable to restaurants and bars. Would recommend!

This 4 bedroom house is ideal for a family or close friends. It has one beautiful master suite and one shared full bathroom for the three bedrooms. The first floor kitchen, living room and dining room are so elegant and nicely laid out. Our favorite aspect of this house is close proximity to south end all the vibrancy of Charlotte.

The location of the house was great! We were able to walk to plenty of places. Overall the house was clean and worked perfectly for all of us. The fridge did stop working during our stay but Patrick was quick to respond, provide a temporary solution and get service in to fix. Would definitely return!

Great Host, location and plenty of room, in a beautiful home. We were down for the weekend for a concert at the Bank of America super close for us to get there and cute little bars and brewery we could walk to. Highly recommend

We stayed at the home with 7 adult friends attending a wedding in south end. The house was within walking distance to almost every place or a short Uber ride. We very comfortably slept and had an extra bed if your group is willing to share rooms. The house was very nice and has a great living room and kitchen for spending time together with the group.

The house was in perfect location for us! We were here for a wedding with adult family. The venues were within a mile. House is spacious and beds are comfortable. House stocked well except for kitchen towels and soap in showers-there was body wash however. I would say the couch was stained as well as the ottoman. Other than that , house was clean.

My 60yr+ old brothers and my nephew met in Charlotte for an annual reunion. Played golf 2 days, and explored area. House is in the cool South End area of Charlotte, real close to tons of restaurants and brew pubs, etc. Great location. Enjoyed our stay, and all 4 got our own bedrooms, so very comfortable. Highly recommend to those wanting to walk to fun, good food, and great brews !

This home could not have been more perfect for my family coming into Charlotte for my sons wedding weekend. Layout was awesome, so much space for everyone…location was a perfect scooter ride to south end. Would definitely rent this one again. Highly highly recommend

The craftman's home is very nice, spacious and comfortable. We were able to walk to great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

The house was great & the location was incredible. Walkable to just about everything & a short Uber ride for anything that wasn’t walkable. The house worked perfectly for our group of 7.

We were visiting family in Charlotte, and this home provided our family plenty of living space. Good communication with host & approved a few guests to have Easter brunch with us at the house. This property has a good, central location in a gentrified neighborhood. However, the home needs some TLC. (Photos were taken perhaps when home was newly on vrbo) There were ants in Kitchen(on counters, on coffee pot & on master bathroom counters) cabinets were rough & shabby. Cabinet under kitchen sink was broken. Kitchen could use some new utensil & pan replacements. Broken tongs, skillets were old (i understand teflon does wear easily, but these pans were very tattered & gashed up). No kitchen linens(no pot holders(dirty oven), dishtowels, or dishrags.) We used a cleaning rag from the closet). Dining room table chairs very worn (visible holes on chairs) that left a stain on my dress from sitting on it) Large stains on the living room sofa & ottoman. The woven bamboo shades in all bedrooms are very sheer, therefore light shining through from the street at night and neighbor across the street has a motion detection sensor light(very bright) turns on every time a car passes by & shines bright in master bdrm. Smoke detector in master bd was unlatched & no batteries & air filters looked dirty. The home met our needs for a place to stay, & home was very roomy. However, home could have definitely been more comfortable for our family(& future guests) had the property owner paid more attention to maintenance details, pest control & upkeep on the home. Sadly, we would not rent this property again.

This was a great house, central location, clean, and well equipped! They layout was great for our family, very large living spaces downstairs and large bedrooms and sleeping loft upstairs. Very spacious bathrooms with plenty of room for a group. The owner was great to work with and very accommodating. Highly recommend!

A few friends and I visited Charlotte for a long weekend and the house was perfect for what we needed! Plenty of space for everyone to have their own bed and within a mile of many fun restaurants and bars (10-15 minute walk or very short Uber ride). The house was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very responsive with any questions before, during, and after our stay. The check in and out process was a breeze. Would definitely book again!

We used this house for our family of 11 for Thanksgiving. It was a beautiful house, a great location, and the kitchen was fully stocked with items for us to actually be able to cook a full Thanksgiving meal! Plenty of space and the outdoor fire pit was a great addition.

My daughter was married at a venue in Uptown, and we are not local--so needed a place for our family to stay, and for the bridal party to get ready for the wedding. This is a beautiful home, with plenty of room for family to comfortably gather.

Recently spent a long weekend at this home and it was just as described. Large, clean, and great location. Had a couple of questions and the owners were very prompt and accommodating. Strongly recommend.

My boyfriend and I live in Charlotte, but when we had 8 friends coming to visit we knew we needed a rental because our 2 bedroom apartment wasn’t going to be large enough. I spoke with Patrick about the price and he worked within our budget. The property was clean and exactly what we were looking for. Each couple had their own bed, we used the fire pit every night, and we were able to cook/grilled out. The location is perfect walking distance to the Southend and Uptown. We will definitely keep this property in mind if we ever have a large group visit us again. Highly recommend!

We enjoy renting homes when we visit different cities. This is one of the best "city" homes we have ever rented. The first floor has an open plan with a large sectional and a nicely equiped kitchen. There is also an large dining room and a really nice front sitting parlor....my favorite room. There are two outdoor seating areas, a private back yard and a nice covered front porch with two chairs and a bench. The master bedroom is huge with a massive bathroom. The best feature is the location --- 15 min from the airport and walking distance to all the fun and entertainment in the South End.

Beds are really comfortable and they have the best sheets ever! Location is very very walkable to many trendy restaurants. Nicely appointed so had we wanted to cook it would have been easy to put together a fabulous meal. Spacious, allowing one private time when needed. Great air conditioner, which was needed

I hosted a bachelorette party and this house fit the party perfectly! Plenty of space for everyone to gather and to sleep. Walking distance to several bars, breweries, restaurants, and activities. Easy check in process. Overall a great stay!
