The options of having so many places to eat, drink and relax. We loved the gift shop it was very affordable and most of all the water park and daily entertainment was great. I was able to nap on the beach and watch volleyball and soccer games

I booked the room at one priced but it's not a locked in price because when I checked in the cost not only went up, it was advertised in USD then switched to MXN all without notice. No microwave. Also I should have been told to bring my own face towels because we only receive one bath towel daily and bring beach towels because you have to leave your ID/passport to be issued one. The sales staff trying to sell me your travel program after I said no, I don't make any decisions while I'm tired and hungry. We decided to listen to the presentation the next day and I didn't see a value in it and my salesman became rude and cursed at me because I didn't change my mind. To add more insult we were told we have transportation to a excursion for participating at a discount then at the end it changed to all these fee's and no transportation.

everything even smells very well after room cleaning service. Administration staff works very good -fast, responsive and friendly Guys and girls from animation are awesome Food is good, people in the restraunt are supportive and nice

Hotel is much older than it looks from the pictures, looks like pictures made at least 15 years ago Safeguard near the pool constantly whistles making everyone nervous. Everyine looks one on another trying to understand whats wrong and who is guilty this time (luckily animation guys trying to overcome those incidents:-) The strongest minus is that there is no opportunity to pour some water /coffee/juicy by yourself in the restraunt so you need to wait (staff is constantly runing between the customers - but they dont have enough time so eberyone is waiting) . putting water and coffee jugs somewhere for selfservice could solve lot of troubles

The waterpark and pools were great for the kids. The Game room was also fun.

The beds were not very comfortable and the food was average.

Has lots of on-site activities, including great little waterpark, mini-golf, kayaking, pingpong, volleyball, etc. There were lots of restaurants and bars. The beach had beautiful sand and water.

The beach is regularly maintained, but still has quite a bit of seaweed. Our room was nice but the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were lumpy. It's also farther away from most things in Cancun, so we had to pay more for taxi services.

the buffet food was always cold and the snacks cook didn’t want to make hotdogs because it was 5 minutes before closing the kitchen also the day before checking out we came very late at night, so we didn’t had breakfast and we’re planning to have something to eat before leaving so I went to check out and after I was going to get something but they didn’t allowed us to.

Saturday night show with Michael Jackson and the water park our 4 year old loved it!

Receptionist guy was very mean and in a bad mood when we arrived. I reserved a king marina suite they gave me a a small room with a king moldy mattress with a 24’ TV definitely not a suite. floor tile was wet all the time. toilets wouldn’t flush, Bathroom smelled like sewer. good thing we had a first floor because they have no elevators. Bartenders and staff usually in a bad mood. Food was ok they give you same thing everyday. Overall wouldn’t stay here again don’t recommend.

Room floor tiles were flooded with water. Water was oozing out of the floor tiles all over the area. Even after repeated mopping, the floor did not dry out. It was really dangerous since I was traveling with my kids younger than 7 years old. Also, the crockery for dinner was dirty. I can feel the stuff on the plates, spoons, and bowls. Food was also not good in the sense there was a worm in the broccoli I was eating.

-the wifi was good (although you did have to re-enter the password a lot) -the tv in the room had English Chanel’s which was a nice surprise -the waterpark was great for little ones -the a la carte restaurant was great -bed comfy and air con great

-the staff’s English wasn’t good. usually I wouldn’t mind but it’s frustrating when you can’t communicate with the reception when trying to coordinate taxi’s etc -the staff in general were unhelpful, it was more their lack of understanding most probably but it came across as quite rude. it felt like most if not all hated their work -the toilets around the restaurant and pool were mostly unkept -the food wasn’t amazing. the breakfast was ok but the rest average at best. the deserts were bad. the Children’s food very inconsistent. a shame they don’t provide a takeaway lunch when trips are booked. most all inclusive’s do this wheee I’ve stayed in the past

The buffet was great , they made you fresh eggs to your liking.

Hard to find a straw for my lil guy. N maybe better pillows , but I’m picky about my pillows.
