Удобное место. Парковка 10 евро. Расположение до автобуса ( пешком 4 минуты) , ехать на 4L от конечной до конечной. Гостиница в центре , что прекрасно вечером , когда гуляешь. Можно насладиться отдыхом. Персонал отзывчивый и все разъясняет . Завтрак не брали. Разрешили оставить вещи до заселения. В номере чисто , тепло , уютно. В душевой все работало и было новым. Спокойно вернемся еще раз. Можно рекомендовать .
Не хватало воды ( как презент в номере) , но это не существенно . Придраться было не к чему .

It was surprisingly a great experience staying at this cozy and clean hotel. The manager and staffs were really nice and helping. Convenient to transportation for commuting to Venice and train station.
Good cleaning service and great breakfast in the morning with a variety of tastes. We could also keep our stuff in the hotel due to our later train than the check-out.

La posizione è davvero strategica, ad un passo dal centro e a due minuti dalle fermate di pullman e tram.
Lo staff è una famiglia meravigliosa
Tutto perfetto, l’unica cosa, ogni sera bisognava rifare il letto, perché la svolta del lenzuolo è molto alta, ma poi il lenzuolo resta troppo corto e quindi scomodo.

Location was 5 mins away from the bus/tram station that takes you to Venice (a 20 min ride).
Breakfast & coffee weren't that great.
The AC was reset by the cleaning staff every time, so when we returned it would be 27C in the room.

- Quite quick access to restaurants and cafes (the hotel is located very close to the Mestre shopping/restaurant area)
- Possibility to buy public transport tickets in the hotel
- A window that could fully open to get fresh air in the room
- Minibar in the room
- Quite small room
- Very hot room (during May - however this is a drawback of Venice in general for spring/summer periods)
- Limited bathroom amenities/kits
- No aeration in the bathroom (even though there existed an aeration, it didn’t work properly)
- Low breakfast quality and variety (all the available choices included cold plates, most of them being sweets)

Very clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great air conditioning in our room. The breakfast always set us up nicely for the day ahead. Only a 5 minute walk away from very frequent buses and trams that go to Venice. Friendly and knowledgeable service at the front desk.

Super friendly and helpful staff with a spacious clean room. Location was great, with an easy bus ride into Venice. We enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to our friends who are coming to Venice later in the year.
The room was a touch on the warm side with no way of cooling it down. The wifi was also a little intermittent but after talking to staff the issue was resolved. Both things are nothing to stop me staying again.

Staff was super helpful, hotel is located in the old building, but it is renovated (rooms also). Breakfast was little-of-choice, but it was absolutely enough and very tasty! We were traveling with a dog and staff prepared the plate with water in the room. Private closed parking, so car is safe.

Good location in centre of Mestre, public transportation to Venice goes in front of the hotel.
Secure parking available until 14h the next day. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. We didn't try breakfast. Manager and other staff are very professional and kind, great communication with them. We were very satisfied with our stay.

4th visit. Perfect for seeing Venice - 20 minutes away, better value and quieter. Really nice hotel. Dated decor but well maintained with very good service. 5 mins from Tram and buses to Venice. 5 minutes stroll to restaurants and bars. This is central Mestre, not the train station tourist stop. Rooms are simple but comfortable and clean. Generous breakfast. Staff could not be nicer.
