The room was large and the bed comfortable. The skylight above my bed was an interesting feature. Secure on-site parking was provided. The flat screen TV was the right size for the room and had two extra horizontal lines visible on screen.

There were ants in the bathroom and no internet password was readily available. The fridge provided contained no drinking water. There was no room number on the door and the keytag. Poor outside lighting. Loadshedding experienced on arrival.

The place was top notch,super clean,the bathroom was spacious and super clean,didn't use the kitchen but all necessities were there and well set.The ladies working there are super friendly and well spoken.

I like that the place was newly furnished and renovated. It was nice and spacious you can tell the owners took a lot of effort and thought into the design. The area is very peaceful and centralised

It was not clean. I could smell that the previous guest was a smoker. The pillows reeked of cigarette smell which triggered my asthma. There were stains that we did not make on the floors of the place and lots of spider webs. There was a coffee cup on the kitchen table that still had coffee and dirty spoons in there. The ladies who clean came to do room service on the day after I checked in. When I came back I found the place exactly how I left it, the stains on the floor, spider webs and ants were still there. The bedding wasn't changed, the bed was just made that's all. There was a glass I was using before I left, when I took it out the cupboard I could still see my lipgloss stain and fingerprints indicate that they only rinsed and wiped the glass. At first glance the place looks clean but upon inspection you can see and smell that it isn't. It's very unsettling to know that you could be sharing germs with previous guest!!!

Main bedroom was fantastic.

Nothing much except the location was far from the intended place but can't be faulted.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Fantastic service. Really lovely place to relax.

The place is a little bit run down and could do with a little bit of maintenance here and there but this did not detract from our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

It was a very central location for us and definitely value for money. The staff member who booked us in was very friendly.

There were WiFi connection problems, so not always available. The amount of cutlery and crockery was very limited, as there was only 2 of everything so not easy to prepare for meals. There was also very limited utensils eg potato peeler.

Good security and comfortable accommodation.

Nothing really stood out as an issue, perhaps if I had to choose something then it would be having access to a washing machine would have been ideal given it’s a self catering apartment.

Clean. Kind. Nice hot water for showers.

A little slow when arriving. But I was stressed about our wedding.
