Very standard breakfast menu (no variant)

good place and near by highway you can go and back to place easily and need to facilities

need little renovation, for example change or clean carpet in they way to rooms

only washroom had few issue rest everything was fine.

Decoration of hotel

Breakfast was not good, cold and dry. Check-in staff at reception does not understand the booking and not able to facilitate. We already informed hotel that we will coming from long drive and would be late as it was heavily raining from Makkah to Riyadh but up on our reach the staff was saying you came late so we can offer you other rooms and far from each other. The staff need some customer service training. Overall the helpers of the hotel were good and they understand the situation. Hotel can improve customer services so it will be good place for long stay. Thanks!

Size of the room

Breakfast was pure Arabic, with no option for continental. Had ask for fried egg but it came as an omelette. Had ask to serve at 6 but Had to chase at reception and came at 6:45

Quite and near good facilities

Bathrooms are not convenient.
