Everything was great! Very easy from beginning to end. Very clean, kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals. Beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the patio and having our morning coffee.

Everything went as planned. We enjoyed our stay. Place was clean and neat. Interior fixtures and furniture are quite outdated but are functional. We had no problems with our stay.

Great place for a family getaway! Family and I enjoyed everything! Villa was super clean, pet friendly and toddler friendly. My 1 year old enjoyed the pool and the outdoors. Security was a big peace of mind. Beautiful place and Neal was a great host.

We rented this unit for our annual mother-daughter weekend and it worked out perfectly. The house had plenty of room for the eight of us, the kitchen has everything we needed and the facility was really nice. The whole process from booking to checkout was easy and seamless. I would highly recommend this rental unit.

This will be my second time staying here. Just like the first time, the second time was just as great. Went with my daughters and their significant others for a week and everything was just as had expected. Great location near the pool, plenty of parking, and the accommodations had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend you book here if you go to La Quinta for a few days. Can’t go wrong!

The home was clean, spacious and as advertised. Beautiful views of the mountains and several nice pools in the community. Check in and check out was super easy, no issues with the guard gate. Neal was responsive and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

Legacy villas is the best place for family to stay in the valley. Condo was great! Can’t wait to be back in 2021!

The unit is dark and dirty. The dishwasher is useless, the coffee pot was disgustingly dirty, silverware in the drawers was dirty as were the glasses and cups in the cupboard. The beds have been slept in by hundreds of people, there were only two tiny pilows on a king bed. The carpet in the bathroom was really dirty, the whole thing was ick! The dryer vents onto the entry of the unit leaving dryer residue all over the place. The coffee table and couch in the living room looked like they had spent time at a Frat house! Patio table and chairs were dirty, overall, it was just a huge disappointment

The property was quiet and well maintained. The room was clean and the pool areas were very nice. Parking was close and convenient. Check in was easy.

Unit is in great condition. Everyone had a great time.

We loved our time at this rental. We had 2 families and there was more than enough room. The unit was very nice. Neal was very helpful with the one issue we had and was able to resolve rather quickly. We would definitely recommend this property.

Went with a buddy and stayed at this property. It was great! I highly recommend it. Perfect size for a family of four but, can definitely accommodate more. The pool was less than 20 feet from the back door (maybe slightly more) so, it was very convenient. Everything we needed was provided....... towels, sheets, plates, cutlery. Everything. If you need a nice, relaxing location I would certainly consider staying here. I know I will. Thanks.

Legacy Villas never gets old. And this unit was simple, comfortable, and well located.

The condo is a little dark but it’s clean and nice.

Property was definitely NOT as advertised. Supposed to house 8 people: two in each bed and two on a sofa bed. First thing we noticed was sofa bed was broken....in our case we had to put three people in the one king bed. Not to mention, a very uncomfortable sofa to sit on. Additionally, when we arrived (3:30 pm), the unit was still being cleaned....and, when finally ready, they had forgotten to wash the sheets on one bed! The kitchen was not functioning properly: the coffee pot was broken and the oven did not work. The dining room set had two broken chairs and the others were wobbly. Finally, there was a short in the wiring in the king master bedroom which sparked if you turned the lamp on. Severe fire danger. Needless to say, we unplugged and did not use the light. Although the owner was responsive to our calls, his reply was to simply put blame on past renters or staff. He actually said that most people never use the kitchen! The property where the unit is located is lovely and this owner has three units there. Personally, I would NEVER rent one of his units again as he apparently relies entirely on other people to monitor his properties and he took absolutely no responsibility for the tremendous inconveniences we experienced. This was a very special holiday trip for me and my children and it truly was spoiled. I am not new to renting through VRBO and have always had positive experiences in the past but this was a diaster!

The property had everything we needed and Neil’s detailed information made checking in and out a breeze. Multiple pools and hot tubs meant we were never crowded.

This was the 5th year of gathering together for a weekend bonding experience. Lovely setting, spacious rooms and all the essentials needed for our special time together. We will surely return, because all 6 of us wanted to stay longer.

Such a beautiful condo, had everything we needed. The pool was so perfect for the 4 kids (all 4 and under). Legacy villas was so beautiful and peaceful- right near the mountains but so close to stores/restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Our stay at legacy villas was excellent! Communication with Neal was so easy and he answered all my questions promptly. We stayed for my bachelorette weekend, my girls loved the villa. The pools were never overly crowded. Parking was so easy, accessing the villa was easy. I am planning on returning when it's less hot with my family.

Kicked off Summer vacation with another family in this Condo. Clean, spacious and very family friendly. Stocked with everything we needed. One of the 7 pools on the property was located right next to the condo. Very easy access for the kids and parents. The larger, "resort type" pool area is only a 2 minute walk. Neil was a pleasure working with and I would highly recommend this Condo. We can't wait to back!

Neal is a fantastic host... he will provide clear communication and swift response leading up to and during your stay if needed. This property has upgraded tech, so he can troubleshoot and help from a distance, and isquick to respond when needed. The place is clean and comfortable with everything you need. And he will let you know clearly in the welcome paperwork what you should bring! There could have been a few more cooking pans. There was one small fry pan, and one very small fry pan which made it difficult to cook for 4 people. I think if you have 8 it would be even more very tough! But other than that, the kitchen and bathroom were stocked with all of the amenities. I very much recommend staying at this property!

Neal was available for any concerns we had when we first arrived and checked in. Everything worked out and we had an enjoyable visit at his villa. We would definitely stay there again.

We love Legacy Villas for its close proximity to La Quinta Resort and all that Legacy has to offer. The hammocks are wonderful and we enjoyed the outdoor fireplace at night. The kids loved the main pool and I enjoyed walking the grounds. Breathtaking views. I found it helpful having access to several pools. One day the pool outside our villa was a bit too rowdy and we walked nearby to a quieter pool. I felt like when we wanted quiet we could find it and when the kids wanted more excitement, we could find that too. Lots of kids to play with riding their scooters around. We liked having that option for our kids. The villa was lovely, well appointed and spacious. The owner was professional, helpful and easy to deal with. Will definitely try to stay at one of his villas again. We will be back!

Exceeded our expectations. Everyone was so pleased and surprised by how roomy and pretty this Villa was. Rooms and bathrooms were large and well appointed. Everything was spotless and updated. Five adults, two children and a dog fit comfortably. There was a smaller pool right next to us and the larger main pools were a easy two min walk. The complex in general was very beautiful and well maintained, everyone had a great time. The owner Neal was so polite and easy to book with. We originally planned to rent rooms at a nearby hotel so glad we didn't! We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Neal!!!

We rented this villa for my sister's 50th birthday celebration with the girls. There were so many pools to hang out at--one of them being literally steps away, but the main pool was also very close. Everyone was so very nice around the community. Neal was fantastic to work with. He was quick to respond, kind, and super patient with me-as it was my first VRBO experience. The 3 bedrooms was key. Plenty of room to sleep comfortably, plenty of bathrooms! The villa was clean and had great amenities. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish, and I will most definitely stay there again :) and again :) and again :) Thank you, Neal! I can't wait to go back.

We had a wonderful winter getaway in this poolside villa which was so easy with our newborn - to be able to pop in and out between nap times. The area is really clean and quiet with access to hiking trails nearby which we really enjoyed. The villa itself is lovely and kitchen had everything we needed. Neal was a wonderful host to deal with and resolved any minor issues with great speed. Thank you for the serene, warm, and relaxing getaway! Will definitely recommend to our friends.
