The bed was very comfortable

Very poor access and parking. Very old motel with basic facilities. Handicapped facility was just adequate

Allocated a room away from traffic noise. Facilities suited my needs for overnight stay at a moderate price. Pleased the staff turned the heater on - was a cold day!

It was clean and smelt clean, private bathroom as traveling with a friend not a spouse.
No bench or tablet to put toiletries or a change of clean clothes, kitchen area crampt, tv remote difficult to to workout functions.

Our stay at Tudor House Motel Shepparton was very clean and comfortable and quiet.
Only gripe was the placing of the hairdryer, didn’t quite reach
for a right handed person.
Plus the bathroom needs finishing off it had nails poking out of the
wood near the ceiling.

Simple room with the necessary minimum! Microwave, kettle, plain grill, fridge, cups, spoons. It's more than enough 🙂 A pleasure also to have tea and coffee! And some cookies 😋 If you need more crockery and cutlery, just ask reception 🙂 The shower is perfect, with strong pressure, and easy hot water adjustment. Television in the bedroom. Tables, chairs, sofa, bedside tables. What more ! Oh, I almost forgot to mention that, daily housekeeping! I'm glad to have stayed here. Thank you for your warm welcome and your kindness 🤗

-Convenient to the location I was hosting an event.
-That I could collect keys anytime
-Neat and Tidy
-Friendly staff and owners.
-Ran out of moisturiser in the dispencer
-shower head in shower kept falling down. Wasn't able to tighten it as it was broken.
-the tv didn’t have all the channels to view
-checkout was 10am however we got woken up at 7:30am to confirm check out time.
-I pay in full upon booking and yet when we checked out the owner hadn't processed payment.

Room.was good for the price shower was amazing
We left items by accident and did not receive any calls, when we realised we had to do the 5 hour round trip to retrieve them

budget accommodation but very good. a little noisy but for the price not a problem. comfortable bed clean neat room. I would stay again for a shortish stay but for a long stay I’d probably look for a little more. but at the end of the day, very happy.

The Tudor (Name soon to change I believe) has been renovated recently and is clean and comfortable. The shower and bathroom had easy access to soaps and conditioner. The heating was a quiet Split system unit in a main room that had plenty of bench space for luggage and work space for my laptop. The Motel is close to the RSL which was great for dinner and a beer.
I thought the price was a bit steep for the quality compared to other Motels I have used of a similar age.

When I arrived home and checked my credit card account I found I had been charged twice for the one night. I rang to advise this fact but still haven’t been refunded the double charge!
